Misty's POV:
I watched as the 4 boys entered the classroom. They looked at me and smirked. That was when I realized that the only seats remaining were the 2 in front of me and the 2 beside Amber. I watched as the boys approached the seats and sat down. The one who sat down in front of me was hotter up close. He had chestnut brown hair, hazel brown eyes, a thin nose, and plump pink lips. I also noticed that he has his snakebites done. He smirked at me, causing me to look down at my desk and blush. He just caught me checking him out. The one who sat to his left has jet black hair, steel grey eyes, and a set of thin lips. His nose is crooked and I noticed that he had a scar on his upper lip. I wonder how he got that? Wait no. Amber made me promise to stay away from them. But I'm so curious. The two boys that sat beside him looked to be identical twins. They both had blonde hair and blue eyes. They both have a little button nose and medium size lips. One looks to have a lip piercing on the left side, and the other has his on the right.
"Hey." The brow haired boy said. "My name is Damien. This one is Tyler. The twins names are Jacob and Blake. Blake has his piercing on the right. So what's your name?" I looked to see that Amber has her head down and will not look at them. I see Tyler, the black haired boy, staring at her intriguingly. I looed back at Damien and said, "My name is Misty. This one over here is Amber. How come I've never seen you before?"
He looked at me and tilted his head to the right. He smiled. "We just moved here. We all kind of live together since we are best friends. You know, I've got to say that you look very pretty."
"Thanks. Is that why you were staring at me in the hallway?" He laughed and shook his head yes. The teacher, Mr. Hansen decided to walk in the classroom, stopping our conversation. Damien turned to the front and started writing something. He placed a folded piece of paper on my desk that said, Don't read until you get home. I looked at him, but he didn't look at me for the rest of the class. Today was an easy day for all the students because we just get a course outline, showing us what we are focusing on in the school year, and to take a quiz to see what we excel at and what we need help on. I don't excel at anything in math. I am hopeless. The bell rang signalling that period 1 was over and to head to our second period. I looked at my schedule and I have science next with Amber, so we walked together and found it. We walked in, and yet again, sat at the back of the class.
"Hello class." Mrs. Smith said as the bell rang. "Today, we will be looking at the course outline and do a little quiz to see where your learning abilities are at. Please take a paper and pass them back. This is the course outline. Read through it and put it in your binder. The quiz is the last page in the booklet. Just rip it out and come hand it to me when you are done." I received my booklet and went straight to the quiz. This is simple stuff. I love science and biology. I finished and handed it in. I sat back down at my desk and went on Wattpad. I read for the remainder of class. Next up was art for me. Amber has psychology so we parted ways. I found the art room pretty fast considering it is down the hall from my science class. I was the first one in so I took the seat at the back. I once again pulled out my phone and continued reading. I didn't realize someone was sitting beside me until I heard a gruff hello. That voice sounds familiar. I looked up and was caught up in hazel eyes. Damien. We stared at each other for a couple minutes until I said hi. He cleared his throat and for just a second, I seen a pain-filled expression on his face, but it disappeared quickly.
"What is your schedule?" Damien whispered against my neck.
"Well after lunch, I have biology, chemistry, and English. You?"
"Well, you better like me because I have the same classes as you. Only one we don't have together is second period. I have physics. Tyler is also in biology and English, and the twins are in biology and chemistry."
