Wanda's POV
It's been a weird couple of days. It's all just messed up. I hate the idea of Thanos just coming in and killing all of us... and I hate how Strange ruined what Vision and I had left. We never fully recovered from what happened, mostly because we weren't here, but I still care about him and now everything's weird.
I walking down the hall when I heard Vision's door open. He's using the door now so he won't piss me off. I miss him.
We didn't make eye contact for a moment. I was still far away, far enough to maybe avoid him. But he came my way and even though I knew he wasn't coming to me, I still felt like I should say something.
"Good morning," I said looking at him for a brief second. "Good morning," he said. It was a bit awkward but he's always kind of awkward anyway. "Going out?" I asked. "No, we're supposed to be in training for umm... training."
I get it, it's too early to say his name. It'll always be too early. "Right, yeah. I'll be there in a moment" I said. "Alright." We just stood there for a moment. "Great, Okay," I said and walked towards my room. I think he left too, although I didn't look back.
______________________I was paired up for training with Nat. Usually I'm with Vision but everyone knows that's not exactly what we want right now.
"So... Vision?" Nat asked. "I don't know. It's a different... thing, you know? What Strange said. We haven't been talking a lot lately. It's um... we're taking our time." "Yeah, I get it. To be honest, though, I always thought you two would end up together" Nat said. I just gave her a confused look. "You had a nickname for him after like 2 months. 1 really. You just cried on the first one" Nat said. Vis, yeah.
