"Minho!" You ran towards him and you instantly put your arms around him. You were so horrified at what happened, and you were glad that he was standing there, completely fine.
He was taken aback by your concerned action, but he eventually wrapped his arms on your waist after gaining his composure back.
You break away from the embrace and stated, "Thank you for saving me there. But you didn't have to do that! You literally knocked him out!" You pointed at the man who was still in a heavy sleep after your savior beat the hell out of him.
Minho had a shy smile that formed in his face, telling that he's already back to his cute phase. "I didn't mean to." He scratched the crook of his neck because of embarrassment.
"But, what are we going to do with him now?" You asked, knowing that he was still unconscious and waking up here would be another trouble for the both of you.
Minho had his fingers on his chin, ruminating for an idea. "I'll take care of him. Might leave him in a few blocks away. I bet he won't even come back here unless he wants another beat up."
A laugh came out of your mouth as he tried to make the atmosphere a little lighter after the scene that he had made.
While his cheekbones were high up and his pearl-ish teeth were on display, you noticed the mark left on his face.
Looking closely at his features, you noticed that his cheek was a little swollen from the guy's punch. "Are you alright?" You put your fingers gently on his cheek, brushing it like it was a delicate feather— which made him flinch a little. "Sorry."
"My state right now doesn't really matter, okay? As long as your safe." He winked at you and petted your hair softly, just like an owner playing with the puppy's fur. This made your cheeks erupt crimsons of red, the thought of him being so caring made your stomach get surrounded by millions of butterflies. No one stood out for you like this and you were beyond grateful.
"Are you out of your mind, Minho? Let's fix that face of yours and get you cleaned up."
