The Line of death

I lay in my bed. My soft cozy warm bed to a phone call. "....Mellow?"

"Thomas!"

"Hey Laur....So early for a call on the weekend."

"Mary is in the hospital!"

I sit up. "Text me the adress I will be on my way."

I end the call and hop out of my bed and turn on the light. 6:37 am. Mom is home dad is at work, I will leave a note for her. Telling her i am on the bus. I stumble into the shower, I take off the old school style teenage mutant ninja turtle shirt, and nothing under I step in the hot oozing water. Ah, skin that is waterproof the water is nice. My long hair still sits past my shoulders I wash quickly and step out and place a nice cotton towel on me and shut the water off. I quickly take a brush and grab a shirt and pants and boxers and get dressed.

A hour later I am on the bus to Saints Hospital, I look at it. I am the only teen who is on the bus. I think. Is she on the brink to death. They says she has two years left, how can that be? I can't understand this I am just a robot. How can this be. "Thank you."

I walk up to the room, I nock. "Come in."

Mary lays right on her bed with white sheets and a bed gown. I look around in the room. Their parents. Three males, me and her sister. "Good morning." I smile

She smiles back. "Good morning, to you to Thomas."

We all look at each other. "Oh Mom this is Thomas Heel."

The fathers eyes lighten up. "So you are my nephew?"

My jaw drops, her jaw drops, I look around and even Laurin's eyes are about to pop.

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!"

The guy laughs. "I was kidding, thoughs boys over there is my nephew. You know them right."

"Yea only Noel and Noah."

"The one over sleeping on the chair is Noh. I know that its kind of inconsiderate for him to be sleeping."

I nod and smile. "Mary, you need anything?"

"No, But they say they might go and scan my heart."

She smiles at me. I give a worried look. I take a seat. It becomes quiet in the room and I take a sharp exhale. "Thomas..."

I turn and look. "Yes."

"You wanna take a walk."

I nod yes. Crap Noah asked me to take a walk with him I get up and get the door. HE walks out before I can and i follow him out. I go behind him in the halls and to the elevator he walks right in and I step in. It closes i am faced with him in a metallic chambered area. "I am sorry about what my brother did."

"You saw everything."

"He told me." He gets closer. "So far its about Mary, we are worried if she is going to die, She is only sixteen they said that hole might as well got bigger and they can go something but in reality they can't, the things to put her under will kill her she can't have that so what can they do."

"Pray to god something will happen."

He looks at me, the dark eyes are caramell filled sadness, he hugs me. "She is the first one I honestly told then my brother. I don't want to lose someone that close to me."

I touch his hair, I feel the fear he has. My heart is choking hearing the words, I feel his hands wrap around me. I start worry if he is going to push me down and let him cry on me letting his body weight making me stumble hard on to the wall. He smells good. Like coffee good. "Thomas..."
