Emiko!? WHAAAAAAAT!? Why would she go back to killing against slade. What would make her do that!? Is it because she didn't want Damian to do it and watch him break? What the hell!? Now I need to know what happens next. Emiko Queen kills slade. I just don't know what to say. Where was the build up to this? Why would she kill him. Emiko has only killed one person I think and it broke her to do so. It just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. But, hopefully we get some answers as to why she did it in the next issue.

Anyways, That's really the big thing to talk about in this issue. No real damiko moments. It was an action packed issue that was almost completely serious the whole way through. Basically with this issue slade and the prisoners get out and slade does save Damian at one point. He seems to like the kid. Prisoners try to escape and Damian and the team apprehended them. Then we get the final confrontation where slade gets shot in the eye. Also, there were some flashbacks to Damian as a kid and those irritate me because they make Talia into just a ruthless abusive mother type villain.

They bastardized her character so much. She has been poorly written for years. She is so much better when she walks that line between Bruce and her father but for whatever reason we can't have that Talia. Smh. Anyways, other than that I feel like I really just want to get the discussion going in the comments.

Why do you think Emiko did what she did? Is she a traitor? Is it all for Damian? Let me know so that we can continue to discuss this further and as always thank you all for reading this and I hope that you all have a wonderful day!
