I know i don't do songs before chapters lol but this song has been stuck in my head along with the song Undead and Dead in Ditches (which i my favorite song by them)

Vanessa's P.O.V

"How much longer until i can let my mate mark me?" I asked looking over at my father.

"You can't baby girl I'm sorry but if you let her mark you then all your secrets will be revealed. SHe will know everything only because you feel so guilty about it" My father said

"But i can't keep telling her no my wolf and hers is getting impatient I don't know how much longer I can hold out much less how much longer she can hold out. She is the 'guy' in the relationship therefore if she feels i will be safer with her marking me she will do it the minute she see's the opportunity. I can't say that i will stop her because I'm pretty sure that i want. I'm ready to be able to be with my mate fully dad do you not understand that" I said pacing back and forth.

"Yes Vanessa I do but she will probably have you locked up or killed for helping to kidnap your future Alpha plus she was supposed to be your best friend" Dad said

He has a point but that doesn't mean anything I'm really not sure how much longer i can hold my wolf back from letting Tonya claim us and finally become one.

"I'm going home." I said and walked out

Maybe I can convince her to let us move packs that I just don't feel safe there anymore. I know she's supposed to become the Beta but i just i don't know I have to figure out something. Because if i let her mark me while we are still in that pack she will feel like she has to side with the Alpha and i would rather not put her through that nor would i like for Aria to feel like i hate her or something i just done it for my dad although he should probably take it up with Alpha Jackson instead of the daughter..

I shifted into my wolf which is a light brown color i know boring but i love my wolf. I ran towards home as soon as i got close i ran behind one of the trees and grabbed a pair of sweats and a hoodie that was always there for whoever. I shifted back to my human form and changed into the clothes and headed for the pack house it only took a couple of minutes since i wasnt that far. I ran upstairs to my room and jumped in the shower.

I just stood up under the water letting it run over my body. Finally after the water started getting cold I finally stepped out and wrapped the towel around my body. I towel dried my hair to where it wasn't dripping and then blow dried it the rest of the way. I brushed my teeth and then pulled my hair up into a ponytail and finally walked into the room to put on some clean cloths. I walked into the room to see Tonya pacing back and forth in front of the bed.

"Baby, What's wrong" I asked walking over to her and grabbing her arm and making her face me.

"Why won't you let me mark you? Are you ashamed to call me your mate? Are you going to reject me? Are you thinking about rejecting me? Have you found someone else? What are you hiding from me Vanessa?" Tonya asked tears in her eyes.

When i say she had tears in her eyes i don't mean where she's about to start bawling or anything i mean to the point she's pissed the fuck off and that scares me.

"Baby I'm not going to reject you and no i have not thought about and no theres no one else I swear. I just umm I need to ask you something I know you're not going to want to do this baby but I do. Baby when i tell you what I'm going to tell you I honestly mean what I'm about to tell you" I say sitting down on the edge of the bed completely forgetting that I'm still only in a towel.

"Okay baby tell me" Tonya said sitting down beside me.

"Okay.............. So umm i want to move to a different pack i mean i know you love it hear but i just think it would be better if we moved somewhere else. I know your supposed to become the beta but theres other people that can become the beta baby." I said

She looked at as if i had completely lost my mind.

Tonya's P.O.V

What the actual hell!!! she honestly thinks I'm gonna move packs hell no!!

'Yes we will if that's what lets us mark our mate!' My wolf said

'No hell we ain't all of our family is here!' i said

'So mate's happiness is more important' My wolf said

'This is bullshit' I said then cut my wolf off

"What do you mean move packs?" I finally asked

"I mean i think it would be better for the both of us if we move.. I will let you mark me if you just let us move packs baby can we just leave tonight....... I umm I just don't fell like I'm safe here anymore not with the fact that Aria went missing and I know you blame yourself baby but it's not your fault Aria is supposed to know how to defend her self she has Alpha blood in her she's stronger than us" Vanessa said

She don't feel safe here anymore? Who the fuck has done fucked with my mate. A menacing growl erupted from me making Vanessa shrink away from me some and immediately calmed my wolf some I didn't want to scare my mate but who the fuck made her feel unsafe will get it when i find out who the fuck did it.

"Who made you feel unsafe here baby. You know i would never let anything happen to you" I said pulling her to me. I picked her up and pulled her into my lap. I know I'm a girl but when its Boy and boy or Girl and girl theres always the more stronger more dominant mate that is the one meant to protect the other. I am the more dominant mate i protect her therefore i am stronger. She wrapped her legs around my waist and rested her head in the crook of my neck.

"I know that baby but i just think it's best if we move please baby" She mumbled in my neck.

"Dammit, Fine we can move only if you let me mark you first" I said making her face me.

"Fine" She said and smashed her lips to mine.
