The frog prince

"Lolo ! Im so glad to see you again ive missed you!

"I miss you to my little goddes how have you been?"

"Im deffinetely fine lolo"

Im Aphrodite Medina the only daughter of Stacey Loren and Poseidon James Medina. Im nine years old my family and I live at manila and meet my grandfather Zeus Patrick Medina. Ive waited for this day to come Im always excited to see my lolo 'cause whenever we're here in his farm at CdeO he always tells me stories fairytales to be exact.

"I'll help you set your things inside your room my little goddess.

"Okay lolo"

A goddess like me should have her own room hihi may sarili akong kwarto dito sa bahay ni lolo pina renovate nya talaga yun , pinakulayan ng pink at ang headboard ng bed ko ay parang castle. My stuffs inside my bedroom is all pink. Thanks to my lolo cause he loves me soooo much.

I only have a one cousin on my dads side and that is my ate Hestia shes in states studying her degree. Its really weird cause my family were named by the greek gods and goddesses. My grandfather zeus the chief olympian god, my Dad poseidon the god of the seas and my aunt Hestia the goddess of earth , fire, and home while my cousin Athena was the patron of athens and me on the other hand.

After I unpacked my things my lolo told me to get ready cause dinner is ready but Iam to tired to go downstairs I just want to play my toys and Im not hungry

"Goddess keep your toys and we'll have dinner" lolo said

"Im not hungry lolo "

"Aphi,listen to your lolo you have to eat your dinner I know your tired but you have to put food inside your tummy

"But mommy-----

"No buts, keep your toys and go downstairs"

"okay mmy"

"Lets go pa?" alok ni mommy kay lolo

Grrr!! Im not really hungry but i dont want my mom get mad at me, after keeping all my toys and went downstairs I sat beside my lolo My mom asked me to lead the prayer and I did after the prayer lolo asked me a lot of things like hows my school, friends, teachers and everythings that involves me. Since he asked about me i told him everything what happened,

The dinner went well ,thanks to manang lyn our family cook. After dinner I went to my grandparents room i cant wait to hear lolos stories again hihi

"My little goddess what story do you want to hear?

"Aaaa lolo I want the frog prince

"That again? You dont want to hear another story?"

"Nope, I really love that story lo"

"But i have plenty of new stories my little goddess

"Naaah, I really like the frog prince"

"Okay if you insist, are you ready?

Uhuh" i nod

"Here It goes"

"Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful princess who had a golden ball. One day, while playing in the garden, the ball fell into a pond. She was very upset and did not know what to do. While she sat there cry­ing helplessly, a frog hopped out of the pond and asked,

"Why are you crying, little princess?"

She told him about her golden ball. The ugly frog said,

"I can help you get your ball but what will you give me in return?"

"I will give you any­thing you want!"

promised the princess. The frog immediately dived into the water and fetched the ball for her. The princess was very happy. The frog reminded her,

"Remem­ber that you promised me anything. Well, I want to be your friend, eat from your plate, and sleep in your palace!"

The princess hated the idea but she agreed and ran back to the palace.

The next morning, the princess found the frog waiting for her. He said,

"I have come to live in your palace."

Hearing this, the princess ran to her fa­ther, crying. When the kind king heard about the promise, he told her,

"A promise is a promise and you must keep your word. You must let the frog stay here."

The princess was very angry but she had no choice and let the frog stay. He ate from her plate during dinner and asked the princess to take him to her bed at night. The princess picked him up an­grily and threw him to the floor.

In a flash, the frog turned into a handsome prince! He told the princess that he had actually been under the spell of a wicked witch. The princess fell in love with the prince. They were married and lived happily ever after."
