Regrets

Max's - POV

I run towards Katie , the first thing I see is her long , smooth brown hair blowing behind her . "Hey Katie" I say , smiling at her as I put my arm around her . I love her so much , I want to tell her , I've decided that I'm going to tell her when we're in my room , I really hope she likes me too .

Katie's POV

"Hey max" I say , smiling back at him . We started walking out of the school , his arm still around me , I know he likes me . About 5 minutes later we get to Max's house . We walk in and his mum greets me with an 'hello' , I just smile and start talking to his mum for a bit , after about 10 minutes max starts tugging on my arm , wanting me to go upstairs with him . We finally go upstairs , as soon as we get to the top of the stairs max playfully starts pushing me into his room . We go on his PS3 for a while then his mum shouts us , tea's ready .

Max's POV

Me and Katie are sat on my bed , I was about to tell her that I like her the same time as my mum shouts us for tea , I guess I'll have to tell her later . We both walk downstairs , I let Katie go downstairs first , being a gentleman.

My mum is stood in the kitchen , putting lasagna on plates , Katie sits down at the table and I go help my mum , giving Katie her food first . As soon as we've finished our food , I start whispering to Katie to come upstairs again , shortly after her talking to my mum for a bit she stands up and we both go upstairs .

Katie's POV

We both walk upstairs once again , as I sit on the bed we start watching a film on his TV , after some time max starts moving closer to me which I don't mind. Near the end of the film he puts his arm around me and says something "Katie , um ... I need to tell you something" he says as he looks into my eyes , I face him and smile "yea , what is it ?" I ask

Max's POV

I lean towards Katie and grab her hands , holding both of them "um ... Katie , I don't know how to tell you this" I say , looking down at the bed "come on then , tell me" she says , I look up at her and look into her eyes , I lean forwards and look at her lips for a second before placing mine on hers , I slowly kiss her as i play with her hair with one of my hands .I pull away after a couple of seconds "I think I love you , Katie" I whisper

Katie's POV

Omg , he just kissed me , he literally just kissed me , I think I liked it though. I look back into his eyes and pull my hands away from his "I'm sorry max , I'm going to go " I say and stand up , getting my coat , school bag and putting my shoes on , Just before I walk out of his room , I say "I'll see you tomorrow" . I walk out of his room and run home , tears forming in my eyes .
