Stuck in the middle

Katie's POV

Oh shit. It's him. He's coming towards me. I quickly turn around , avoiding him , I don't want to cry again. Not where everyone can see.

Max's POV

She's turned away ... Does she not want to talk to me or see me ? I guess not ... I really wish I didn't kiss her , it was a mistake. Well ... It wasn't , I just wanted her to like me back

Katie's POV

I run into nammy poo (we have nicknames for each other , mine is bald elvis) anyway ... I don't wanna talk right now , she's slowing me down! "Go away" I shout at namitha , she knows I'm upset , that something is wrong. I run to the bathroom, starting to cry

Charlie's POV

What's wrong with katie ? She's upset , I hate her being upset. It makes my heart break when I see her cry. I follow katie. "Katie, are you okay ? What's wrong ?" I ask ... Five minutes later she slowly comes out , her eyes and cheeks red. She just hugs me , I love her hugs and when she smiles ... It makes my heart melt.

Katie's POV

I need a hug , I need someone to understand and listen to me. So I just hug charlie , he's the first person that's there , that i can hug. I really wish max didn't kiss me, idk what to do. Max and charlie are always fighting over me, I'd just wish they'd stop.

Max's POV

She ... She just hugged him. The person who I hate . Charlie . There she is , standing there , hugging him , his arms around her. That should be me ... I just want her to know how much I love her

Katie's POV
I get interrupted ... I was in the middle of listening to the vamps when I heard a knock downstairs. I'm the only one in the house , my mum , dad and Emily are out shopping. I didn't want to go , I didn't feel like it. I take my earphones out and get up from my warm cozy bed , walking downstairs to answer the door "I'm coming" I shout. As soon as I open the door and see his eyes ... I'm suddenly not smiling anymore

Max's POV

She's there , in front of me. I hate myself, knowing that I kissed her. "Um , hey Katie , I think we need to talk" I say "yeah , we do , come in" she replies and opens the door a big wider , they both go into the living room and sit next to each other of the sofa. "I just came here to apologise for kissing you , I wasn't thinking. I'm sorry , I just got lost in the moment " I look into her beautiful brown eyes , I know she's going to cry soon so I hold one of her hands. "Katie, look, I just love you so much and I'm sorry for me and Charlie fighting over you but I can't let him have you , I know you like him, it broke my heart you know when I saw you hug him. I wanted to be there for you , to make you smile" I say and as I do a tear runs down Katie's cheek "please don't cry Katie" I say and wipe the tear away , i kiss her cheek and hug her "I'll always be here for you , always" I say before letting go

Katie's POV

I'm such a wimp, seriously Katie ... Seriously , why am I crying ? I guess it's because nobody's ever cared like this before. I just hug him "I'm sorry" I quietly , looking down. "I

Max's POV

Why is katie saying sorry ? She's done nothing wrong, it's me who should be saying sorry. "I'm sorry too kat..." I couldn't finish off my sentence , I got stopped. She just kissed me ...
