As said in the concept Izuku has/is the Sundrop from tangled so he has the abilities of said flower
For those who don't know the Sundrop can heal/hurt based off of two incantations (i'll reveal them in later chapters so no spoilers).
His hair might be as long as Rapze's or extend idk yet.
I'm also letting him have some fire aspects cuz 1: the flower's powers ain't a quirk and 2: his dad had fire and the flower's name is literally SUNdrop.
I will mainly be taking ability or easter eggs from Disney's Tangled movie and Rapunzel's tangled adventure tv show (I prefer these over older versions as Rapunzel isn't such a useless waste of space).
