Planning my revenge is kind of hard when you don't know what everyone has been doing for the past two years.

My dad explained that in three months when I turned 20 I would revive partnership of Rogue. There was just one condition. If Damon marries before then I will lose all access to the company. My dad strictly told me to keep that to myself unless I want to make sure I never have a hold.

Three months I can survive long enough with the Elites until then. Maybe...

*Flashback*

Walking up to the yacht was probably stupid. No definitely stupid, but I was invited. Maybe they were going to stop. Maybe I could be one of them.

A girl has to have hopes right?

I climbed up to the platform. There were hundreds of people on board. Way to many to count. Even with so many people there I'm still able to walk around without bumping into people.

Today is a great day for two reasons. It's the last day of school and it's also my birthday. Alec Invited me saying we should put the past being us. I was on my way out of the building when he popped in front of me. He has a tendency of doing that. Always showing up when I least suspect it.

He gave me his signature cocky grin and I stupidly said yes.

Now here I am. I don't know many people here. Considering I have only one real friend. Only he knows the real me. He knows me real name and my real family. He's the only person I trust in this whole place.

I look around trying to find him to no avail.

Some one taps my shoulder and I spin around ready to run, but stop short when my eyes lay on Deans grey penetrating eyes. A smile takes over my face when he smiles down at me.

Dean my best friend and the only person who knows the real me.

"Where have you been?" I ask him.

"Around. I didn't know you were coming here? Why are you here?" I know he's not trying to sound rude. He knows everything the Elite has done.

Dean used to be apart of the Elite, but he dropped out of it after they went to far with a joke. I ended up with sun blisters and dehydration because they left me on a roof for three days straight. Dean was the one to find me. He hasn't left my side since.

"Alec invited me. Something about putting the past behind us. Start fresh." I waved my hands around.

"Arielle I don't like this. I mean I glad your finally out of your bubble, but you know these people. Do you really think that just because school is over they are finished with you?"

Someone bumped into my back. I flinched as the guy who ran into me put his hands up and said sorry. He left and I turned my attention back to Dean. His attention was still on the guy who bumped into me.

"Dean?" He looked down at me. "Can we just have fun tonight?"

He smiled and put some of my blonde hair behind my ear. Leaning down he kissed my forehead and leaned back to wink. "Of course. Let's have some fun."

Hours passed without any problems. I saw all of the Elite and none of them had tried anything. I was actually thinking things might change.

Things are going to be better.

Of course I spoke to soon. A big explosion had everyone running in a panic and screaming.

I looked over to where the explosion happened. There was a huge fire and it was spreading. The boat had a whole in it and it was sinking. I was on the top floor with Dean. He started pulling me away from everyone. He grabbed my waist just as the fire started getting closer to us. My eyes were wide. My pulse was skyrocketing.

What the hell happened!?!?

Before I could get out of my shocked state I could hear Dean yelling something at me, but it sounded distant. I heard him curse, then he was holding my nose, and we were underwater.

I came out of my shock as the freezing cold water soaked into my clothes and skimmed over my body. Instinct took over and I was kicking and pushing myself up out of the water.

Dean still had a strong hold on my waist as he swam upwards as well.

We all came out on the dock. There were blue and red flashing lights. A lot of yelling and loud sirens rang in my ears. I shivered as the wind caressed my drenched skin. I looked over behind Dean to see all three Elite boys dry. Alec has his cocky smirk on. Damon had a causal smirk while Jordon had his dimpled smile firmly in place.

Why are they dry? No how are they dry!? That's not possible. Unless they knew about what was going to happen. No why would they do something to their own yacht?

"Miss Davis!?" Called someone unfamiliar. I looked around and saw a cop approaching me.

"Yes?"

"Are you Miss Davis?" He asked.

"Yes sir." Well sorta... my real name is Arielle Kennedy.

"I'm going to need you to put your hands behind you back Miss Davis. You are under arrest for arson."

"Wait what?" He grabbed my wrists and cuffed me. He read me my rights before dragging me to his police car.

"We have six eye witnesses saying they all saw you with a tank of gas, lighter fluid, and two even saw you actually start the fire." Before he put me in the car he had a woman search me. She pulled a lighter out of my back pocket. My eyes bulged out.

"That's not mine!!" I screamed.

No this can't be happening. How!?

I looked over at the Elite while they put me in the car. Only they weren't alone now. Another boy was standing right next to them. The same boy who bumped into me earlier. The boy smiled at me and winked. I looked over to where Dean was standing only he was also staring daggers at the boy.

Like he knew I was watching him his gaze fell on me. He looked pained. I couldn't help the tears that fell down my face.

I shook my head out of the flashback only to realize I had started crying.

Great.

I finished my packing and headed outside for some fresh air. Looking at the open space in front of me only one thought played over and over again in my head.

Alec... I will make sure you pay first.

#HappyBirthdayToMe! I decided to update early because it's my birthday!! Everyone vote for my birthday!!!! ♥️💚
