It was now the next morning and Zuma kicked the cage in order to wake the pups up. "It's time!" said Zuma as all the pups were nervous, all except for Chase. Chase wasn't scared at all, in fact, he was ready. He wanted to burst through the cage right now and beat the heck out of Zuma, but he was being forced to wait. "I just want you pups to know, I'm going to enjoy every second of what I do to you!" said Zuma as Chase was starting to get upset.

Chase then knelt down and waited for Zuma's men to open the cage door, and they did. As soon as that door opened, Chase struck. He blasted out of the cage and tackled Zuma, landing every paw on Zuma's face. Zuma's men then grabbed Chase and were about to put a muzzle on him, but the rest of the pups then leapt on Zuma's men and started biting and scratching them. Chase then went right after Zuma, but this time, Zuma gouged Chase in the eyes, making him whimper. Zuma then tackled Chase over his desk and both pups were just brawling it out.

The other pups took care of Zuma's men and they decided to help Chase out with Zuma. They all tried to get their paws on Zuma, but little did they know, Zuma had a trick up his sleeve. He kicked Chase in the chest, which bounced him over the other pups and he ran out the door. "He's not getting away this time!" said Rocky as all the pups ran out the door and looked everywhere for Zuma, but couldn't find him.

However, there was a beeping sound, it was coming from the right of the city hall building. The beeping got louder and Chase knew exactly what it was. "Hit the deck!" said Chase as all the pups did what he said and they took cover. An explosion commended and all the pups were sent flying and they then landed far from each other. All the pups were unconscious, except for Chase, he was struggling to get up and he started to groan in pain.
