Jealousy

~Part 2

~~Jaebeom looked at his phone as he sat on the couch in the dance room. He saw a message come in from his girlfriend and sighed. He loved how she understood how busy he was but he still hated not being able to give her the attention he felt he needed to.

Kitten: I have coffee let me in. My arms are full lol

JB: Aww you know the right way to my heart

Kitten: Isn’t that usually food? Since you’ve been on this silly diet of yours you barely eat anymore.

JB: Please don’t start with that Kitten.

Kitten: I worry.

JB: I know.

Kitten: Let me in okay?

Jaebeom let out a sigh. He didn’t want to spend what little time he had with her arguing over his eating habits. He got up and opened the door for the petite woman on the other side of it.

“Geez, did you buy coffee for the whole crew?” Jaebeom said taking the three trays of coffee from her. “Did you buy breakfast too?” He eyed the bag she was carrying.

Mykenna smiled up at him as he took the trays and the bag she was carrying. He looked extra handsome today but that was a constant. “I did. You didn’t have to take all of it, J.”

He looked over at her. “Yes I did. You know how I feel about you carrying anything, Kitten.” He said as he set the coffees down on the table. He looked back at her in her black leather pants and her still damp hair as he sat back down on the couch. “You smell nice too. Is that a new perfume?”

Mykenna nodded. “Do you like it? It’s cherry blossom.” She sat next to him.

Jaebeom handed her the coffee he knew was hers and chose his. “I do. It’s lovely. Where did you get that?”

“I got it while I was in Japan. Do you remember the owner of the restaurant we went to near my house?” She sipped her coffee and started digging through the bag of food.

Jaebeom watched her as she pulled out a few wrapped items and delicately placed them out for the other members. “I do. They had great tea.”

Mykenna nodded. “Well, she opened a little shop near the restaurant and sells her own perfumes and such now.” She faced him and held something in her hands.

Jaebeom watched her for a moment and looked at her. “Why are you looking at me like that?”

She sat there silently.

He sighed and stuck out his hand.

She placed the wrap in his hand. “Good boy.” She smiled.

Jaebeom  shook his head. “What is it?”

“Egg whites and veggies in a protein wrap so no complaining.” Mykenna waved a finger at him. “It will keep you full.” She stuck her tongue out at him.

Jaebeom couldn’t help but smile as he opened the wrap. “I would kiss you but there are too many eyes.” He said for only for her to hear.

“I know. It’s okay.” Mykenna smiled at him as she looked around.

Jaebeom noticed. “Waiting for something Kitten?”

She looked at him. “Jinyoung said he was here already. I haven’t seen him yet.”
