When your quirk is activated it allows you to to toy around with them like a little doll. It's kinda like Shinsou quirk but you don't forget or get brainwashed your remember what your doing you could see your have no control.
◪Pros: This could put his victims in trauma because they will remember all the horrible thing they were forced to do for example if he makes them kill their family the will remember every single part of them killing them.
◪Cons: His nose start to bleed and he start coughing up blood after 50mins or more but he doesn't care
