Chapter 5~Caught

The three of you got into the car and sped off cackling like a trio of hyaenas when joker speaks "Looks like we got company" He says glancing at you both "Batsy, Batsy, Batsy" Harley says smiling and you giggle "uh ohh" you say laughing when suddenly there's a thump on the roof of the car "Stupid bat. Your ruining date night!" Harley yells as she grabs J's gun and shoots through the roof of the car. J laughs until we start to approach the docks "Puddin'" Harley warns as you hug her tighter noticing we don't slow down "Puddin I cant swim!!" you and Harley scream as we plunge into the murky water below.

Everything is black.

Lilly you need to get up. Harley's in trouble! you hear Cecily yell and you try to fore yourself awake. Once you open your eyes you soaking wet and handcuffed laying on the ground "Wh..what..?" you murmur as you try to sit up looking for Harley when you se a giant black mass coming out of the water. The black thing is carrying Harley Grr bat brain better get his hands off our Queen Bat brain..? Batman. You realize to late has he sets Harley down and starts to perform mouth to mouth only for Harley to start kissing him wich makes you growl loudly as you try to shift only stop mid shift. What..? You look down at your body In confusion "Uh.." you start to feel for any injuries when you feel something hard on your neck. its a Collar. But not your usual one.. Its hard metal instead of leather. That must be what stopped the shift you growl in anger and the batass looks at you after cuffing Harley "You cant change with that collar on." his gruff voice says "Obviously Bat brain." I growl towards him before looking towards Harley "Wheres J?" I ask worriedly "He got away." She says calmly Wait.. He left us?! "he had to or he wouldn't be able to get us out. So its good he got away. So he can save us" I say watching as the giant bat walks towards me and hauls me to my feet.

(Belle Reve 2months later)

You pace the length of your cage Where's Papi he should've been here by now.. "I know.." you say as you sit on your mattress that lays on the floor. Your cage is about 15x15ft and made of glass so its not the biggest but at least you can stand to your full height. The collar was removed and instead you have tungsten shackles on your ankles and Wrists that's attached to the ceiling. You've taken to howling every night before bed to let Harley know your alright I miss Papi.. and Harls "I know.." you repeat as you howl as loud as you can. The noise bounces off the walls around you as every guard yells at you to shut up. Your voice slowly fades until its completely quiet as you crawl onto your mattress to get some sleep.

(An Undisclosed Location

A trio of unmarked vans pull up to a building with guards at every entrance and exit as a dark skinned woman holding a large briefcase walks into the building. She walks in and sits down at a table with three men "Hello Amanda. We lose a national hero... But you sit here looking like the cat who ate the cannery." She regards him with a blank stare "I've eaten a lot of canaries. It's taken some work. But I finally have them. The worst of the worst. " they look at her "There's rumors, Amanda that...some of them have abilities." one man say to her "The rumors are right. You know what the problem with a metahuman is? The human part. We got lucky with Superman. He shared are values. The next Superman might not." She says as she eats "Your playing with fire, Amanda" She shakes her head "I'm fighting fire with fire." They look at each other uneasily "Your not going to pitch us that Task Force X project of yours again, Are you?" One asks but is met with a steely stare "Yes. And you going to listen this time." She states as she pulls out a stack of files and opens the top one that has a picture of an African American man on the front "Floyd Lawton. Aka DeadShot. Family: Daughter, Ex-Wife. He's the most wanted hitman in the world." The look at her in disbelief "Lets say he has elite clientele" They look at her.

"But everyone had a weakness. His is an 11 year old Honor student in Gotham City. His daughter. So we watched her and waited."

"And you caught him?" One asks "Not me. I just gave an anonymous tip to the right guy in Gotham City" They continue to listen to her as she speaks "So now we have the man who never misses. Where'd did you put him?" She smirks "Lets just say. I put him in a hole and threw away the hole." She then pulls out a second folder "Harley Quinn. Accomplice to the murder of Robin. Before she ran off to join the circus, She was known as Dr. Harleen Quinzel. A psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum. She was assigned to the clown himself. They became The King and Queen of Gotham City. And god help anyone who disrespected the queen. Now, This aligns with another candidate. Lilly O'Malley. Her, The Joker and Harley where together for about six months before they where caught by the bat. Shes a Werewolf." One chocks a little on his food at the word 'Werewolf' "A what?" He asks in disbelief "Yes. A real furry, four legged, werewolf. When she's wants she can change into a 5ft Brown wolf." She pulls out the third photo with Lilly's picture and info "She had a fairly normal life. Aside from her abilities she was a normal woman who worked a nine to five job until one night, She was at the joker club when reportedly someone saw her snap a mans wrist and then maul a man from a group who where harassing Harley Quinn. Full wolf. Ripped him apart. and then seemingly disappeared for weeks until she was seen fleeing with The Joker and Harley after they massacred a bank. She was given the name Feral"

(25 minuets later)

"You want to put our national security into the hands of... Witches, Gangbangers, and crocodiles?" The general says "Dont forget The Jokers Girlfriend and the Werewolf" the other man says as the general turns to Amanda "These are villains, Amanda. What makes you think you can control them?" She lock's smug as she answers " Because getting people to do things that's against there own self-interest.. For the national security of the United States is what I do for a living."

Your sitting in you cage drawing with the charcoal they gave you when suddenly the door to the room opens and a African American woman steps in followed by a man in a hat " Hello." she says calmly "Hi.." you say wearily "Your Lilly O'Malley correct?" She asks as she steps up to the glass "Why? Who wants to know?" you ask as you glare at her in suspicion "My name is Amanda Waller. I'm Creating a team of bad people who can do some good. Show me what you can do." she says as she stares at you expectantly "Uh.. okay. Sure why not, She needs to stretch anyway. im going to need clothes afterwards though. unless you wanna see me naked" You say as you get on you hands and knees. Your body shifts in one fluid motion. As you stand to you full Hight she looks up at you and smirks "That will be very useful I'm sure. So will you help or not?" She asks and you shift back covering your self with your blanket "Not unless Harls will be there." you state with a growl in you voice and she smirks "Yes she will. Now yes or no?" You nod your head yes We're gonna see Harls! you smile as she nods and leaves.
