Feral~ Harley/OC/Joker

Chapter 10~ Normal

(Sorry for taking so long but here it is. This chapter is going to mostly be scenes from the movie but with a little added from me. I feel like taking some of the tension off having to come up with a lot of my own material will help me to get back into writing so I wouldn't mind some feed back let me know :) )

Your paws thump against the ground as you run through the streets, anger and heartbreak burns through your veins. A fog over your thoughts. Your gaining speed when suddenly Harley speaks up from your fur "We.. We need to stop." You skid to a stop panting when she jumps off and stumbles to a car. She climbs atop and sits there unmoving until she grabs her collar and tosses it away. Your jaw drops and a whine slips from your throat causing her to look at you. She opens her mouth to speak but something behind you stops her. Your head turns only to see the Squad, And Flag.

Your lips curl as a low growl slips through, Your mind barely registering Harley's high pitched "Hey, guys. I'm back! I missed you all so much." Your predatory gaze follow Flags every movement. "We're glad you could make it" DeadShot says helping her down "Hey, Craziness." Boomerang says tossing her signature bat to her. You walk beside her, your focus trained on flag "Who's out right now?" Harley asks you quietly causing you to look up at her, Your paw coming to tap your chest to signal its you instead of Cecily. She smiles and runs a hand over your head "What are you thinking about?"

She asks and you growl lightly nodding towards Flag. She sighs "Just don't kill him." She barleys gets out before your gone. Your paws leave the asphalt as you tackle Flag to the ground hearing his yell of pain and shock makes you smirk internally. "What the hell?! Get off me!" He yells at your snarling face. You lick your curled lips, Your collar glints in the light of the street. As his eyes fall onto it a look of understanding falls over his face "Feral.. I'm sorry. I never meant for this to happen. It was Waller. She called in the hit." He says keeping his voice calm as not to anger you further. Your ears pin back against your head as you press harder on his chest relishing in the way he groans and wheezes before inching your face closer to his, Your breath fanning over his cheeks.

A snarl comes out just before you jerk away and hop off of him heading back to Harley, ignoring the stares of your fellow squad mates.

"So, Let me guess. We're going to the swirling ring of trash in the sky. You know, 'cause why wouldn't we?" Someone asks and you snort "When does this end, Flag?" Deadshot asks but Flag ignores him "Load up. We're in for a fight" Flag says as we approach the downed chopper that supposedly held Waller. We search the inside but come up empty. No Waller. Most of us keep walking until something slams into a car Flag was passing "You tell everybody, everything. Or me and you gonna go right now." Deadshot threatens and Flag sighs "Three days ago, a non-human entity appeared in the subway station.

So Waller sent me and a woman with incredible abilities. A witch. See, nobody could get near this thing, but... the witch could." He pauses lost in thought "Needles to say the whole thing was a bad idea." He tells us how everything went wrong "And that's how she escaped from Waller." He sighs "So now you know." He says looking at us all and Deadshot scoffs "You can just kill me right now but.. I'm going to have a drink." He says as he starts to walk to the bar door before Flag speaks "Hey, Deadshot. I need your help." but Dead keeps walking "No, sir. You need a miracle." He enters the bar and we all follow suit.

"Whatcha having, KC?" Harley asks as she gets behind the counter "Bloody Mary right?" She asks cheekily and he shakes his head "KC, Its the end of the world. Have a drink with us." Deadshot says and Croc sighs "Beer." He says curtly and boomerang smiles "There he is. give the man a Beer." He says with a chuckle and Harls hands him one before turning towards Diablo "How about you, Hot stuff?" She asks "Water." He answers and she nods "That's a good idea, honey" she smiles "Ninja, you want some sake?" She asks Katana and she shakes her head "Whiskey." she answers coldly and Harley shrugs pouring her a glass as well as a half shot for Lloyd and he scoffs "what am I, twelve?" he asks and she fills the glass and goes to finish making her martini

"Here's to honor amongst thieves." She says raising her glass "I'm not a thief." Katana says and Deadshot raises his eyebrows "Oh, she's not a thief." He says while shooting back some more whiskey as Boomerang speaks "I actually prefer to think of myself as an asset relocation specialist." He says smirking before Deadshot speaks "Well, we almost pulled it off." he says and everyone starts talking until diablo starts to raise his voice telling us his past (to tired to write that all out tbh XD Srry!)

"What'd you think was gonna happen, huh?" Harley shouts and you look at her as she speaks "Hey, Harley. Come on." Deadshot tries to calm her but she ignores him "What you where just.. thinking you can have a happy family.. Coach little leagues and make car payments? Normal is a setting on the dryer. People like us, We don't get normal!" She yells and boomerang speaks "Why is it a knife fight every time you open your mouth?" He says harshly and I growl stepping towards him "Oh shut it mutt. your no better." He says glancing at me before looking back to Harley Rude.

"You know, outside your amazing. But inside, your ugly." He finishes brandishing his boomerang and Harley glares 'We all are. We all are!" She shouts looking at them before looking at KC "Except for him. He's ugly on the outside, too." she says and he shakes his head "Not me, shorty. I'm beautiful." He says and she smiles "Yeah, you are."

So I'm trying to get back to semi regular writing but its been hard irl but let me know how y'all like this so far <3
