"Percy!" Yelled a satyr in a beanie with a fully grown pair of goat horns sticking out of his mop of curly brown hair and a goaty in his chin- Grover Underwood, my best friend.

"Grover! Good to see you man, how are you?" Grover was twice my age in human years but looked as if he was the same age as me, his mid thirties. Grover, Juniper and their little half-goat kids had moved into camp, Grover had done his world saving and had decided to settle down.

"Great," he said, "awesome, actually. Juniper is pregnant again!"

"Grover! That's amazing! Number three!" I said.

"Oh my gods, Grover! Congrats! Where is she?! Need to catch up with all the girls!" Annabeth said.

"They are somewhere around here, check the village." Grover told her.

The village was an idea we got from the romans. It was no where near as advanced as their New Rome, but it was a little, save, homely place for demigod families, for older demigods, who have grown up.

Annabeth and I decided we would get our own place, in the city, because we still wanted the kids to have a normal live, as normal as it could be for them. It's hard being the only kid who can tell the new dinner lady is a monster and wants to cook you as well as the stew. Lucy and Ty have went through a few schools, almost as many as I hade. We would move them when we realized there was a monster in the school, or they would be expelled for something like setting the science lab on fire or carrying a dangerous weapon (you had to be cautious- take precautions, you need to defend your self when there is a creature wanting to rip out your eyes with its huge talons) or blowing up the gym (we're still not sure how that one even happened, but no one was hurt).

Anyway, we were happy in the city. We try to get to camp as often as we can, during holidays, weekends. And of course, it was still were we spent our summers. Me and Annabeth were on the camp council. (another thing that was brought in after the war, after... We lost Chiron) Mr D and us were the main leaders, with a board of about twenty new and old demigods to sort out important matters when they came up, which was rare, so most of our meetings were just a catch-up session and a laugh, which Mr D surprisingly often joined in on.

A matter that we did often discuss though, was the Prophecy of the Blood. A couple of months after the war was over, Rachel had spit out yet another prophecy. It didn't sound too good. Basically it foretold that Annabeth, Grover, and my descents would have to be the heroes some how, but it didn't sound all that great. It was the thing that kept me up at night. I just hope that it will happens in about a trillion years, or just never, Rachel got it wrong.

"Dad?" Lucy said as I snapped out of my daze as I watched Annabeth walk of into camp.

"Oh, sorry, daydreaming." I told them.

"You two hurry along, we have dome capture the flag this evening, kids

" Grover informed Ty and Lucy.

"Awesome!" Ty replied.

"Race you to the cabins!" Lucy challenges Ty, preparing herself.

"Your on!" Ty agreed.

And off they ran, Ty speeding far ahead, Lucy staying determined the whole time, even when she was miles behind.

Me and Grover laughed.

"Ty's got tall." Noticed Grover, "he's so like you, with that scruffy brown hairdo and sea green eyes, it's scary."

"I guess so." I smiled. Lucy was one hundred percent mini Annabeth. Her curly blond hair that fell down her back, tanned skin and they eyes. Beautiful like her mother.

"Well, you want to go leave your bags in at the cabin? Your staying right?"

"Yeah, of course." I answered. "The boys getting big then?"

"Yeah, they grow up so fast!"

"Well, half as fast." I laughed

"No, you all just grow twice as fast." Argued Grover.

"Okay, okay." I said, "how old is Ross now?"

"He's coming nineteen." He told me.

"Wow! That makes me feel so old!" I said.

"That's because you are." Grover joked.

"Ah, but I don't look a day over twenty-five, do I?"

We got to the village and stopped at my cabin. On the outside, it's a small basic log cabin, but on the inside its a full family home, with underground space so we have three floors. Magic was awesome like that. "I'll see you later!" Grover called to me
