What is anxiety?

     Anxiety is very complicated. It is like every negative emotion is amplified. There is many different types of anxiety (as with depression). One popular one is social anxiety. Social anxiety (from what I understand) is when you go out in public, you feel like everyone is judging you for everything, even if they aren't. Also, it can sort-of be classified as fear of social interaction, but that's kind-of a stretch. Panic disorder is another more common form of anxiety. This is when you have repeated and unexpected episodes of fear or stress, which includes a few physical symptoms, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, hyperventilating, abnormal distress, etc. These are just a few of the many types of anxiety.
