"' I might not end up in the hall of fame, with a star on the sidewalk with my name, or a statue in my hometown when I'm gone. Nobody gonna name their babies after me, might not go down in history, but, I'll go down to the honky-tonk'-Jake Owen."
Name: Jason "Ultra" Stone
Age: March 9, 1981 (Age 38)
Birthplace: Phoenix, AZ
United States Marine Corps, 2002.
Enlistment:
Jason was raised by two loving parents, with two siblings. He also had a loving girlfriend. His dad was into him going into the Marine Corps. He enrolled in the JROTC program his high school offered in his freshman year. He went through with it for all four years. He graduated at the top of the class. Upon turning 21, he enlisted in the Marine Corps. He was accepted immediately. He got through his years. In his 7th year, he went on a mission to Germany. He was deployed on a terrorist call. He almost single-handedly took out all of the terrorists there. In his last year, he went on a mission to a University. There, he lost his brother. He made the call on how to take out the terrorists. That showed Rainbow how he can be a follower and leader.
Tragedy:
While on his first mission with Rainbow, he lost his girlfriend. He was broken after that. He didn't know how to feel. That's when Specialist Elena "Mira" María Álvarez helped him. She helped him through his tough time. They bonded over this. Jason trusted Elena enough to propose to her. They got married while on vacation.
Strength:
Even with the hard times he has experienced, he is a strong individual. Both physically and mentally. He is able to find many different solutions and can use those of others. Goose and Stone have shown that they can cooperate.
Training:
Marine Corps JROTC
Navy ROTC
Marine Corps ROTC
United States Marine Corps
Physiological Profile:
Mentally strong and extremely focused when performing tasks. When not, he can be found wandering around daydreaming or listening to the music of his youth. He is also a determined protector. While on a mission in Iraq, he protected his entire squad. This would make him a viable pick for area defense/denial.
Experience:
Stone has worked with the GSG-9, the GIGN, GIGR, and GSUTR. While working with these teams, he was exposed to many different languages and learned them immediately. He can carry out entire conversations with others in their native language. Stone also has experience in technological warfare. He was able to take out an entire cyber-terrorist operation himself. He also has experience in area denial, in his time working with Specialist Maxim "Kapkan" Basuda. This is how he learned he'd like a gadget that'd work as area denial, along with other uses.
Gadget:
"The 'Slingshot' Tactical Grapple Hook is simple, yet effective. It can be used as a tripwire, a rope, and a grappling hook. He can attach it to both sides of a door frame and it'll act as a tripwire. He can also shoot one through an open hatch and we can use it as a rope to climb up. He can also use it as a grappling hook to bring something, or someone, closer to him. He can also pull himself closer to anything, as long as he gets a clear hook. The hooks can be destroyed, but not by bullets. I can't wait to see how he uses it. I can also think of a few operators that the hook will work well with. Frost is one that comes to mind because he can trip an operator into a Welcome Mat. Another is myself because he can trip an enemy and I can blow them away as they fall. The hook can also help Tachanka, so he can target an enemy that can't return fire. Another that comes to mind is Lesion. Ultra can trip an enemy poisoned with Gu, and the enemy can't pull out the needle until they stand up again. His gadget proves to be useful in many ways. We just have to wait and see how he uses it." -Specialist Maxim "Kapkan" Basuda
Notes:
Is a big fan of country music. He also tries to share the tunes of his youth with others. Elena and he have bonded even closer over this. She has shared some of her native music, while he has shared some of his. He also has fought with Clash. We hope that this won't lead to any problems in the future. Anytime he feels stressed, he returns to his room and turns on his music. Sometimes Elena will join him, and they dance away. Sometimes he'll talk to Specialists Elias "Blitz" Kötz, and they figure it out. But most of the time, Stone is a happy, fun-loving individual who tries to find the good in every situation. He also seems to have a song for every situation, as well as being one of the most charismatic and outgoing people in the room. Sometimes he can be heard reciting Sabaton's "Devil Dogs" chorus of "Kill, Fight, Die, that's what a soldier should do. Top of their game, earning their name, they were the Devil Dogs." He'll sometimes add that he's the most devil-like in the military. -Gustave "Doc" Kateb, on Jason's behavior during his off-time.
