Anika was 4 months pregnant when shivika were in Goa they both got to know when one day Anika fainted and watchman informed Shivaay that Anika has fainted Shivaay immediately called the doctor and they got to know that Anika was pregnant , Shivaay used to be always by her side in every situation like always 🤗
