The nurse let us in, because she told us Y/n's heart beat rate going to go flat...NO! NO! DON'T LEAVE ME! I hold o. Her hand while crying.

"Y/N!!! NO!!!" I cried her heart beat rate was still going down, NO!!!!!!! Johnny and jaehyun started to comfort me while the others were crying in the back.

Then suddenly Her heart started To beat again in a fast pace...she stayed!!!!

I smile while whipping my tears, she stayed for us thank God for giving her second chance. I'll promise I will protect her from now on I hold her hands while smiling.

She's alive my First love! She didn't left us! God gave her a second chance good thing she didn't pick to leave and go to peace. I smile while whipping my tears until the door open revealing...
