The flight was only a few hours and thirty minuets after we left Ashley woke up.

"Daddy were are we at"She scared me when she talked."Were gonna go visit grandma and grandpa ok just for a little bit"It felt wierd calling my mom and stepdad that but I only do when Im talking to the kids.

"Ok is it just me an you"Ashley asked in her cute little voice."Yup I get you all to myself"Yay can we do something fun with them"She yelled and a lot of people told her to 'kindly shut up' so i told them to 'kindly get off the plane right now'.

Three hours later we were in my hometown.My parents have only met Ashley when her and the boys were first born so this should be fun.

Then I realized we dont have a car.But I had my phone to call my mom.

n-were good just not in california

nm-well were are you

n-im in town

nm-did you come all by yourself

n-no i brought ashley but can you come get us from the airport

nm-sure give me a minuet

n-k thanks bye

I hung up and we sat on the bench by the entrance.Then ashley spoke up.

"Daddy does this mean were hit-hikes"No and i think you mean hitch-hikers where did you get that from"This girl was crazy. Shes like the mini girl version of me.

"One time me and you were going to tacbell and i saw a big shiny thing that said dont pick up hit hikes"She pointed her finger when she said dont. Tac bell is what she calls taco bell just to make that easier. "We would be a hitch hiker if we stood out in the road and didnt know the person but were on a bench and i know my mom"I had to explain."k can i play on your phone"Sure here"I gave her my iphone6 and she opened some random app.

You know how most teenagers are addicted to phones.Thats how ashley was eventhough it wasnt her phone and she was only four.

At 10 pm my moms car pulled up in front of us.We got here at 9:30 but there was a time change so it messed with my mind a bit.But alot of things mess witg my mind.

We drove to my parents house and I went to my old room.

Everything was the same just now my kid is here. "Here ashy change into your pajamas and you can go to sleep"I told her.

"Ok but you have to do the same"She said. The thing about ashley is that if I tell her to do something she turns around and tells me to do it to. But its whatever. We both changed clothes and did our nightly routine. I was holding her tight when I fell asleep right after she did.
