Blue p.o.

This was my first ever sleepover. Grandma never gave me a sleepover. Except one time, when Max came over to hang out.

I still remember how it all went...

"Max, I tagged you." I said.

He laughed. "You don't have to say that every time you touch me." He said.

I giggled and ran away. We've been friends for a while now and we were playing tag. A game he taught me a while ago.

Grandma came into the courtyard, where we were playing. "Bridgette. It is time for your piano lessons. Then off to bed with you." She said.

"But, grandma, I wanted to play more tag with Max." I said.

"Princess do not whine. And they do not play silly games."

"Your highness, we were only playing tag."

"Exactly, playing games waist perfectly good time. Why play games that get you nowhere, when you can better yourself with lessons?"

Before we could answer, she then spoke again. "Come along."

We then followed her into the music room, where we had all musical instruments.

Max stood by my grandma, while she sat down on a chair. I sat down on the bench and began playing the piano.

After a while, I finished the song and grandma nodded her head. "It was fine. But you should practice more on the right hand side. Also play from the heart."

She then turned to Max. "Max, you are excused to le..." Before she could finish, a gaurd came in.

"Pardon the introduction, your highness." He said.

"What is it?" Grandma asked.

"A big storm is coming. Thunder, lightning, and heavy rain."

"Very well, thank you. Max, I suggest you hurry home before the storm gets worst."

"Wait, can't he stay a little longer?" I asked.

Grandma looked at me, then at Max, then back at me. "Fine, he may stay until the storm is over." She then walked out of the room.

I turned towards Max and smiled. "Now what?" I asked.

Later that night

We went to my bedroom and played more "silly games" with each other. Max and I were so happy. I can still remember all the laughs from that night.

We shared secrets and joked around. I told him my fears and he told me his. We came closer as friends that night.

We were having so much fun, we got little to no sleep. I woke up tired and sleepy. Same with Max. But it was worth it. We both joked about that night for a long time.

Present time

I think back to that night. It helps me remember that Max would and will do whatever to make me smile. Not only was it a job for him, but it was a daily goal he set for himself.

"Remember to smile, Bridge. That's the most important thing. If you smile the world smiled back. Then you will be happy, because everyone else is happy."

"Will you make me smile?" I asked Max.

"I will make it my goal to make you smile." He said.

I still remember his words like yesterday. So now that he's gone, I have to remember what he did to make me smile.

Marinette and her friend were going through a bag. "What's that?" I asked.

"First, we do make-up. That's the first thing to do on a sleepover." Marinette's friend said.

Make-up? For a sleepover? I thought sleepovers were about sleep, not make-up. But then again, me and Max didn't sleep either.

I nodded my head as Marinette and her friend came over to put make-up on my face. As we were doing each others make-up and hair, we talked about random things.

This was what I found out.

Marinette's friend's name is Alta. She has 3 sisters. 1 older sister and twin younger sisters. Her mom's a cook and her dad's a zookeeper.

They live near here and they hang out a lot. And she has a blog named Ladyblog.

"Hey, that sounds like Ladybug." I said.

"Yeah, that's what the blog's about. Ladybug and Chat Noir." She said.

"Hey, I met them. Chat Noir is the boy in a cat suit right?"

They both laughed and nodded.

"Yeah, he saved Marinette."

"What? When? Why?" Alya screamed.

After a while of explaining things to Alta, she calmed down. We then continued with our sleepover.

I was having so much fun at the sleepover, but I still wonder.

Where are you Max?
