Please understand it has nothing to do with weakness to need help, quite the opposite. Everyone needs help once in a while, but not many are strong enough to admit it to themselves.

In this fanfiction Levis whole squad is still alive!!
That does not change the fact that Eren and co are at the HQ, too.
Oh and one important thing. In this fanfic Levi is still young and had just made his way up really fast. (No wonder with his skills) He is twenty and you reader are between 19 and 20, sorry if this is not your real age. It will not matter so much in this anyway =) This should work for different genders, I guess. I tried at least to keep it this way here.

Here you were again.
Standing in the lonely courtyard.
Your clothes were a dripping wet mess and you yourself really were not better at all.
You wanted to scream or to hit something anything at all if it would just make feel better but all you could do was crying, again.
You felt so helpless and weak.
At this kind of moments, you really do not get how in the world you survived the last expedition.
How you came to the military was a completely other point.
You meant you had not been so bad out there. You even saved one of your comrades. Okay you had been scared but who the hell would not?!
Okay Corporal Levi und Hanji really do not count at this kind of things.
Hanji is crazy and no one would doubt that and the Corporal, well we are talking about humanities last hope here.
He is unbelievable strong, intelligent, caring even if he never shows it you believe deep down in himself he cares. Did you mention handsome?
Oh and of course he is always there when something embarrassing happens to you.
He had quite an ability to that. Whenever you would trip or fall he would be there to see you failing.
You must look like a complete idiot to him.
"Oi, brat. Why the hell are you standing outside in the rain?! Being all dirty like that, you look like shit." Here he was again.
You gave him a quick salute before apologizing: "I am sorry Heicho, I fell and got dirty like this. I am just waiting for the rain to get rid of the worst amount of earth so that I will hopefully not turn everything into a mess when go inside again, sir"
You looked down, hopping he would not get suspicious.
Firstly, you were quite sure there were still tears in your eyes.
Secondly there was a red mark on your face and some on your wrist and arms.
Thirdly your clothes were surely not wet from the rain.
"Cadet, look at me when I am talking to you" Levi said in a dangerous low tone.
You gulped, keeping your head down.
You could not show him.
You only would get more problems and Levi surely would not understand or maybe not even care.
That was the point that hurt you the most, because you have kind of a crush on Levi.
When you still would not look up at him, he crapped your right wrist, which made you flinch.
"Cadet, (l/n)" the Corporal growled.
" I-I am sorry Si-ir" you managed while you were trying to get rid of his strong grip.
" I- I won't do it ever again, Sir" I tried again hoping he would lose interested in the matter.
Hey, who the hell were you trying to lie to. This is the Captain, he does not simply lose his interested, when there is the possibility to put someone to cleaning duties.
"Tch" was all you got from him, then he pulled you closer.
You were surprised that the did not care whether he got wet, too.
" What the hell are you trying to pull, brat?"
His fingers found your chin and you knew it was just a matter of seconds before you would get in huge trouble when suddenly ...
"Shoooorty! There you are!
Erwin wants us in his office" well this was Hanji a crazy titan maniac and for now your savior.
Well savior was not the right word.
You could not be saved, so simply.
"Tch, we will be talking soon enough about this brat," Levi stated, " And now get your ass inside and clean up. You will get sick when you stay here like this, idiot."
That sounded almost as if he would care you thought but you must have been imagining things.
Why should he care?
"Yes, Sir" With a nod, he let you go and you hurried to get inside.
You just got behind the door when a hand slammed against the wall right next to head.
" Guys come here and see what I found. A little kitten. Oh poor thing you are entirely wet." The guy next to you purred and let shivers of fear ran down your skin.
Why the hell did you not say something to the Corporal...you could have asked him for help...but you were too scared of what they would do if you dared to say something to someone.
The next problem was what would happen if they would spread your little secret.
You could deal with pain and fear, as long as you have not go back there.
You could not bear the thought of being a slave again.
Worrying all day what the master would do with you and you even had been one have the lucky ones considering that you never lost your virginity, because you were always so quiet and shy that the master thought you would be boring in bed.
That did not stop him from letting you hunger or hitting you.
You managed to escape somehow but you do not have proper papers for the outside world and even joined the military saying to everyone your papers were destroyed when the titans attacked. They believed you and needed soldiers anyway, so the let you join.
Everything went well until he came.
He got to the survey corps right after the last expedition.
You still not get why the hell someone like him is here and there was still this small light of hope in you that he would leave before the next time outside of the walls.
The only problem was, that the next time was months ahead. Not that you would look forward to the chance of getting killed by a titan. You just wanted to get him away from you. Him the son of your past master, who made you to his personal toy and worker.
He said he would give your secret away and that you would have to go back there when you dare to tell what he is doing to you and you know he would beat you near death before that. May even kill you.
A single tear slide down your cheek: "Hello young master"
When it was evening and dinnertime you went to the cafeteria, some of your hair was pulled down into your face to cover up your swollen cheek and the slight blue eye.
You went to the desk of your friends. Mikasa, Eren, Armin and co were already waiting for you.
You smiled at them and hoped no one would notice.
You know you should tell them, but you feared their reaction and even this was kind of stupid, because they were your friends and you trusted them, but still you could not change that you were scared. Secondly you did not want them to get in trouble because of you.
So you just went on smiling like nothing was wrong.
The only problem was you felt watched.
Someone had an eye on you and he was not trying to hide it from you.
You took a quick look over your shoulder and saw the Corporal directly starring at you.
You had to go by his table to reach your friends...maybe he had noticed something?
Erens voice brought you back to reality: " You're okay (f/n)?"
"Yeah everything is alright" you smiled sweetly at him but he still seemed not so sure about that fact.
"Well guys I have to go. I still have to finish some tasks" You excused yourself before there could be anymore questions and hey, it was no lie. You had to do the tasks of your young master. The stuff he was supposed to do.
There would not be much sleep for you today, but that was nothing new to you.
You stand up and wanted to leave the hall, but you were stopped "Cadet(l/n), my office now." Shit.
Levis voice was cold as ice.
What would he want.
Was he pissed because of your behavior earlier?
"Y-yes Sir" you stammered and kept your head down.
Suddenly he took hold of your wrist making you flinch at the contact.
You knew he noticed because his grip got a bit less harsh but he would not say a thing.
What was he trying to pull?
Could it be that he divined something?
The way to his office seemed to take centuries and the silence got the worst of you.
At some point you could not stop your hands from shaking anymore.
For the blink of a moment one of his fingers stroke over the back of your hand.
Was it by mistake or was the Corporal trying to calm you?
That could not be you were talking about the captain here.
There again!
He warm fingers again touched your hand and you had to admit it calmed you a bit.
Still it confused you.
This was not Levis typical behavior toward cadets.
You came to his office and he pulled you in it, giving you a signal to take a seat.
Then he went past you again an locked the door.
He put the key into his pocket and you felt your muscles tense.
" Corp-corporal?" You asked really unsure of your situation as he got down before you, gently fingers stroking over your wrist, slowing pulling back your uniform.
You wanted to stop him but his grip was too strong even if he was gentle with you, you had no chance and he had got hold of both of your hands with one of his. The other was pulling up your jacket and shirt of your right arm.
That was dangerous. The left would have been no problem, but he chose the right.
Why?
Was it possible that he knew?
That he was looking on purpose for it?
Then again why would he know?
Your breath began to get shaky and you started to tremble.
" Tch ...look into my eyes (f/n). I am not going to harm you. "His voice was still cold, but did he just use your first name?
You shook your head still shaken.
Suddenly he put his fingers under your chin, which forced you to look at him.
You were surprised by the concern in his eyes: " God dam brat breath!" You sucked in the air, which you not even realized you were holding and began to feel a bit dizzy because of the whole thing.
Levi sighed then without any warning he pulled back the rest of your shirt to uncover the mark that had changed your life.
You were silent overpowered by the situation and at a loss for words.
You felt tears rolling down you cheeks and a sob escaped you.
" I knew it" You heard Levi say and then something happened that you never expected.
He got hold of your face and gently stroke the tears away. Not saying a word just getting rid of the tears that would not stop streaming down your face.
Suddenly something snapped inside you.
You had to go or they would force you to go back...
You jumped on your feet running to the door, but then realization hit you. The door was locked.
Even so you tried to open it, when that did not work your eyes went to the window, this was the moment when you were slammed against the wall. Not that hard that it would have hurt you but hard enough to get you out of breath.
Now you were caged between Levi's arms his face not even a meter away from yours: "You need to calm down brat" He breathed. " Ple-please...please don-don't" you stuttered still crying and sobbing " Ple-please ...don't send me back"
Your legs were getting weaker and weaker and then they gave up. You were sure to hit the floor when two strong arms wrapped themselves around you and pulled you to a warm chest.
" Seriously you are a mess brat..." Levi sighed again if you would have looked up you had seen his concerned eyes on you and a soft smile that was more grimace than an actual smile.
Levi was happy that he finally knew for sure but he really disliked you being in this kind of state.
He gently rocked you back and forth, waiting for you to calm down.
" You will be alright (f/n) I won't let them have you" ...." You're alright now" "Sch...it's okay" he kept repeating this kind of things until your sniffles went quite and your heartbeat got slower. Your body fall a bit more against his. He guessed you were awfully tired.
The only things you had recognized the whole time you were crying and just could not manage to stop was his warmth, his soft voice and gentle words which at some point began to make you sleepy.
You felt exhausted to say the least.
"See it's alright." Levi murmured than he changed the positions of his arms and pick you up bride style like you were a piece of paper and not a whole human. Sometimes you forget how strong Levi is.
" Corp-" "Sch...calm down" He said and carried you to his bed, setting you down on it that getting rid of your shoes and helped you out of your jacket. After this he gently pushed you down on the cover.
Right after that he took of his shoes and jacket and laid himself next to you.
