First time away

Barry's  point of view:
Me and Candice have been invited to a gala this weekend. I exited to get dressed but I'm not really exited to be away from Olivia. She three months today and we have to leave tomorrow. Olivia is a happy baby she's always smiling and making noises. We'll only be gone for two days buts that a long time with out seeing her. I'm really going to miss her. Today we are going to her three month check up. I'm on my way to meet Candice there now.

Candice's point of view:
Today we are going to Olivia's three month check up and she has to get shots. It's only two but I don't like seeing my baby cry. I'm in the parking lot waiting for Grant so we can walking In together, I see him pulling up so I get out and start to take out Olivia.
"Hey baby" he said kissing my cheek
"Hey, you ready?" I said smiling
"No,not at all." He says sighing and rubbing a hand down his face
"It's going to be okay." I say taking his hand and pulling him towards the entrance. When we got inside Grant checked us in while I sat down and made sure Olivia was still sleep.
"So are we going to wake her up?" Grant asks with an awkward laugh
"I really don't want to." I say looking down at her
"But we're going to have to before her shots."
"I know, I know." I say sitting back in my chair and looking up at the ceiling, and let out a sigh. Grant came to sit next to me, he reached over and grabbed my hand. He leans over and whispers the one thing that breaks me,
"I'm here, everything is going to be okay." I turn to him with tears in my eyes and just look into his face. All the fear and questions is was asking myself went away. I lean in and kiss him sweetly on the lips, he pulls away and smiles. The doctor calls us back and start to examine Olivia, she says that Olivia is hitting all her milestones. Then she lays Olivia down and asks for Grant to sit on one side of her and me to sit on the other. She tells me to hold her feet down so she doesn't move during the shots and for Grant to hold her against his leg. She pull out the needle and puts it in her leg, Olivia start to scream and yell the doctor hurry's up to put on the band aid. I look away when she put in the other shot, not able to see my baby go through this. As soon as she was done I hurried to pick up Olivia and soothe her.

Grants point of view:
Candice shot me a panicked look as she calmed Olivia down. The doctor gave us some leaving notes and lead us out of her office. Candice put Olivia back the car, I waited outside my car.
"So....." I said eyeing Candice
"Is that ever going to be easy?" She said with a sigh
"I don't know but the good thing is that we're always there to calm Olivia down when its over." I say rubbing my hands up and down her arms. She leaned into me and relaxed, we stayed like this for a couple minutes. She pulled back
"Let's go home." She says
"Yeah, home." I say smiling
She rounds her car and hops in, I get into my car and follow her home.

Candice's point of view:
Its 9 o'clock and I just finished putting Olivia down, Grants finishing up packing. I'm about print out Olivia's schedule for the next two days, the printer keeps saying that there's a problem. So I walk to go see what was wrong and the printer say we're out of paper.
"Hey babe do you know where the paper is!" I yell
"Ummm....... did you look under the printer?"
"Yes"
"Next to it?"
"Yeah it's not there." I say
"Then no I don't where it is, why" he says
"Cause I need to print of Olivia's schedule!"
I went downstairs to the and checked in the desk and luckily found some paper I ran back upstairs and printed out Olivia's schedule. I showered and put on one of Grants t-shirts. I checked on Olivia and turn on all the baby monitors and cameras.

Grants point of view:
I put Candice's and mine luggage downstairs and by the door. I went back upstairs and shower and get in the bed with Candice.
"Hey beautiful." I say to her
"Hey handsome"
She leans in and kisses me, I roll on top of her. She opens her legs for me and I grind against her, she lets out a moan.
And let's just say that was only the beginning of and eventful night!

A/n: sorry for taking so long I will post the gala part soon I want to add pictures so it my take me awhile to post that part 😢. But I will do it as soon as possible 😃
