Epilogue

Chapter Title (Note: I just put "epilogue" so anyone who reads the table of contents will not get spoilers)

        Akari stood at the balcony of Tsubasa's penthouse, looking at the city sky when suddenly a pair of arms wrapped around her.  Her husband's chin rest on her right should as she held her hands over his.

       "Careful, there's another life in there." She said, touching her tummy.  Her stomach was only big enough to assume it was food bloating.
       "You and I are having a baby?"
       "I planned on it being a surprise, but I guess I'm just too excited to hide it."
      Tsubasa crouched and patted her stomach, "Hey little one." He whispered.
       Akari chuckled.  "Having a conversation with our baby 7 months prior to birth?"
      Tsubasa got back up with widened eyes.  "You've been pregnant 2 months?  Just how long were you waiting to tell me?"
      "I found out last week." 
      "7 months until I'm a father, huh?" He asked.
      "I hope those months are short." Akari commented.
      "So in that case you will attend Yume's wedding pregnant?" Tsubasa held up an envelope.
      "Wait they're finally getting married?" Akari could feel herself internally screaming in joy. "When?"
      "6 months from now.  The letter asks me to design her a wedding dress, and the bridesmaids dresses too.  She also invites you to be one of her bridesmaids."
      "About time they got married.  Who'd have thought you and I would get to attend a fairy wedding?"
      "Who'd of thought we'd time travel?"
      Akari chuckled.  "Who'd of thought I'd divorce that loser and have a real marriage."
     "I can't complain." Tsubasa said as he kissed her cheek.  "Do you know the gender?"
     "I'm 9 weeks in, I'd have to wait at least 7 weeks to know."
     "Almost 2 months?"
     "It takes 16-20 weeks for the ultrasound to pick up the gender."
     "Well, I know it's a boy already." He said.  Akari nudged him slightly and shot him a competitive glare.  
     "It's definitely a girl."
     "No, it's gonna be my son."
     Akari laughed.  "Okay fine it's a boy.  We were beginning to sound like Subaru and Yume."
      Tsubasa chuckled, as the two stood and stared at the city lights in the night.  His arm was wrapped around her side, as she leaned into his side.  He leaned in, and they shared a kiss.

      Subaru sat at Yume's side, as she silently plucked away at the weeds.  He looked at her in admiration of her work, despite the amount of work it would take o restore the kingdom.  Burnt houses were being rebuilt, and ruins were being cleaned up.
      "I'm sorry, Yume." He said.
      Yume stopped weeding and turned to him.  "For calling me Tomato? You better be."
      "No, your kingdom.  I'm sorry I couldn't do anything as it fell into ruins over 30 years."
      "That was out of your control.  It should be Elza apologising."
      "No kidding." Subaru said looking around.  "Hey, at least we're here now and I have my boiled octopus back again."
      Yume threw dirt at him and got back to work.  Subaru laughed and kissed her cheek, before flicking his fingers on her head.
      "There's a spider in your hair."
      Yume squealed and jumped back, patting her head and glaring at him.
      "You should consider the role of court jester, it suits you better that soon-to-be King." Yume said with a laugh, kicking more dirt at him.  She handed him gardening gloves.  "Now get to work."
