         "Yume has been helping Akari cheat?" Elza asked, as her messenger stood before her.
         "She often appears and gives Akari advice, and has been persistent.  I think this strange woman has more than just pity on her mind."  
         "Thank you, Rei.  I think I know exactly what she is doing."
         "Trying to take back the throne?"
        Elza smirked.  "Lets not forget we have her precious lover boy, and he probably would leave her if he saw her looks now."
        Rei giggled.  "Your highness, I brought you some wine.  It was aged in Spain and made from the finest vineyards."
        "Where is it then?"
       "I'll get it right now."
       "Be quick, I din't like waiting."

       "Jeremy!"  Akari's grandmother said.
       "Very good to meet you Oozora-san." Jeremy, a tall boy at age 19 said.
       "Very nice to meet you too."  She said.
       "So, you wanted to meet with me about courtship with your granddaughter?"
       "Correct."
       "So why do you think she is a match for me?" He said, sitting down at her table.
       "Well, with her being famous she can give you a good name."
       "That's it?"
       "Akari is well disciplined, and knows her place.  I think that it would be good to marry her off young, while she still has beauty."
       "I suppose a trophy wife wouldn't be so bad.  She doesn't have a boyfriend does she? I've heard rumours of her getting close with Tsubasa Sena.  Have you heard of him?"
       "Even if they were dating, I'd shut it down immediately." Her grandmother said.
       They talked for an hour, and finally made a decision.
       "Alright, I will do it. I think both our family names would benefit.  Is Akari on board as well?"
       "She will be."
       "Good.  How about I take her to the black and white ball?"
       "I like that idea.  You should surprise her.  I'll tell her beforehand though"
       "Surprise pick her up?"
       "Yes, and I'll pick out her dress and you could bring it to her.  She can put it on and you two will be there by 8:00."
       Akari's grandmother went to text her, however the message did not send.  A few tries later, she realised she had been blocked.

April 16, 2016

      Akari ran into the costume shop in a panic.  Her fairy godmother came out of the back, immediately greeting her.
      "Yume! I have to ask you something."
      "Akari? You called me by my name..."
      "Queen Elza visited me.  It's bad news." 
     Her fairy godmother widened her eyes.  "Oh no..."
      "She said she is going to make these last days harder.  She even tried to kill me."
      "Akari, you should rush the finalization of the spell.  I know the ball is on the last day but action must be taken now."
      "Tsubasa is busy."
      "Surprise visit him with donuts and just go for it."
      "Hey, may I ask you something?" Her fairy godmother sat down on a couch in the shop, carefully with her frail body.
      "Yes?"
      "It took a lot of magic to do this spell, didn't it?"
      "Yes."
      "And if I succeed, you will get twice as powerful as the spell alone?"
      "Um....yes?"
      "Is there more behind this than you have been telling me?"
      "What? Don't be silly, child.  I'm a sucker for lovebirds."
      "Who are you really?"  Her fairy godmother looked shocked.
      "W-what do you mean?"
      "You're Princess Yume, aren't you?"
      "W-why uhh...."
      "Am I a part of some big master plan for you to take back the throne?"  Her fairy godmother sighed. She patted the spot beside her on the couch.  Akari sat down beside her.
      "Yes, the wish I granted for you was part of something, however I chose you because I truly did feel at loss when you died."  Akari stayed silent.  "I'm sorry, I didn't do this out of selfish ambition or anything.  In fact, I did not realize you would get dragged into this."
 

Flashback to when Elza took power of the land of fairies....

        "Let go of me!" Yume cried, fighting against the grip of two of Elza's minions.   
        "They won't listen." Elza said to the minions.
        "What do we do with her?"  The guard said, as the girl kept fighting for freedom.  
         "Send her to the Labyrinth, like the rest." Elza said smirking at the girl.  Yume continued to squirm, as a boy her age ran around the corner.
         "Yume?!" He exclaimed in a panic.  He shot Elza a glare.  "Let her go!"
         Elza raised her wand, a black cloud of dust surrounding him as he disappeared. 
        "Subaru?! What did you do to him?" She yelled.
        "Oh you'll join him soon."
        "Not there I won't." She yelled before pulling free and bolting her way out of the palace.  She used what little magic she had left to transform herself.  Her once vibrant gold to pink locks turned white, her smooth baby skin wrinkling as blemishes formed all over her body.  She grew wider, as her body lost 2 inches of height.  She was absolutely unrecognisable, for the best,
       So, this was it? Yume had no clue what was left.  Her heart ached in regret, for never telling Subaru how much she loved him.  She truly did.  
       The next 30 years were spent saving her magic ability up, so one day she could take back what was hers.
