The very long day I was having only turned into an even longer night. After closing up the makeup store I went home to change into something more concert worthy. I searched around my closet and found a very old shirt that Marshall gave me in highschool. I knew I shouldn't wear it just in case he even realized who I was but I went against my instinct and put it on. I also decided to wear plain black leggings with my maroon colored vans. I fixed my hair and makeup a bit.
I headed outside to Bridget's car and got in. The only sound during the car ride was the soft music on the radio. Once we parked at the venue Bridget handed me a ticked and an after part pass. "You didn't tell me about these." She shrugged," I know it's a late birthday gift". She giggled and we both got out of the car heading inside.
The venue smelt like weed and alcohol. Bridget and I made it to the very front of the crowd. I started to get anxious when the lights dimmed. I tried to run off to the bathroom but the crowd was to condense. I started to breathe heavily, my whole body felt heavy. Everything went dark. I can't believe I fucking fainted. I woke up be layed on a couch behind the stage. I swallowed hard looking up to see who was nice enough to not let me get trampled by the crowd. I met the same icy blue eyes I fell in love with so long ago. Marshall smirks,"Nice shirt". I sighed," Keep it on the down low". He nodded and headed back to the show.
