"Ahhh, I can't wait to go back," said a twin 16-year-old boy, Alex Stowe, as he sipped his Coke bottle, watching the scenery out of the airplane's window. His real name was Alexander Stowe, but he preferred that everyone call him Alex. He had long, wavy, brown hair, but not too long, warm chocolate-brown eyes and light skin. He had a scar on his chest, a scar on his cheek, two in the shape of an 'x' on his arm, and a few near his stomach. "Don't you think?"
"Yeah, it's been so long." said the other twin boy, a 16-year-old named Aaron Stowe, as he flipped a page in his book. He looked the exact same as Alex, for they were twins, but he had shorter hair, and eyes that were warm, but not as warm as Alex's. He had scars on his legs and a few on his torso.
"Do you think they're still there? I miss them. Especially Simber," asked Alex.
"Who?" Aaron asked, jokingly.
"Oh, you know who," Alex replied.
"Heh, yeah. But for all we know, all of them could've moved right when we set off to go back."
Alex sighed. "True."
The sun was shining in the magical land, Artimé, as 5 children were playing in the grass, while a stone cheetah, supposedly named Simber, kept watch on the kids. He was a living statue, believe it or not. He and Alex were the best of friends. No one was as good of friends with Simber than Alex.
"I'm bored! Where's Alex? I wanna fight him!" said a 7-year-old, named Samheed Burkesh. He had light brown eyes, dark brown hair, and light tan-colored skin. He was wearing a red and blue striped shirt, with brown shorts, and blue and black sneakers.
Simber sighed. "You'rrre always fighting him. I keep wonderrring why." Simber said to himself, thoughtfully.
"Are you saying that I'm boring?" shouted a 7-year-old girl, Lani Haluki. Her black raven hair that reached the middle of her back blew in the breeze. Her icy blue eyes, shot daggers into Samheed's as he shivered. She wore a purple short-sleeved shirt with open shoulders, exposing her olive skin, with a turtle up on the front, short jean shorts, and golden-colored flip-flops.
"Uh, nope! Not saying anything!" squeaked Samheed as he quickly continued playing with her.
"Good."
Simber chuckled.
"Hahaha! You two are acting like a couple!" exclaimed Kaylee Jones, as she pointed at them. She was the same age as the rest. Her dirty blond hair was tied up in a ponytail. She had light skin and dark brown eyes. She was from a place called America and somehow came in Artime, which is a completely different place, from a completely different world. She wore a beige shirt that said "Stay Cool" in black, and jean shorts that reached just above her knees, with white converse.
"N-No we're not!" yelled Lani, blushing, for she did have a crush on Samheed.
"What? No!" shouted Samheed. He blushed too, he also a crush on Lani.
"Haha! I was joking! Chill." said Kaylee.
Silence came over the group. The other two girls that haven't spoken yet, were Sky and Meghan Ranger. Sky never told them her last name, but she only told Alex. He was the closest to Sky. When he told the group that she told him, everyone kept pushing Alex to tell them. They soon laid off. Sky was 7 years old and had long, wavy, dark copper-colored hair that almost reached her bottom, but was tied in a messy bun right now. Deep tan-colored skin, and unusual but beautiful orange eyes, with a bit of gold. She wore a white T-shirt that was tied on the side, short jean shorts, like Lani, and sandals.
