[Four Days Later, 3rd Person POV]
Dr.Stevens walked into the room of Cassy's holding cell. As he sat down he saw Cassy working on the exhaust of the mustang, pulling the old one off and putting a new one on.
Stevens: "Excuse me, 85?"
She peeked out from below the car and waved. She slowly stood up and dusted herself off. She then picked up the drawn pencil up off the ground and wrote "Hello." She then looked around and wrote once more. "Is (Y/N) not here with you?" Stevens shook his head.
Stevens: "No, I'm afraid he won't be joining us today."
[(Y/N)'s POV]
I took a deep breath as I passed through the gates to site 08-4. I was finally back home, at least for a few days. However much I enjoyed this, it was slightly dampened by the fact that I was accompanied by three members of the Alpha 1 squad. The ride over here was silent and I mainly read anyway.
Me: "I'm going to go check up on everyone, is that alright squad leader?"
Male: "We'll be accompanying you. So yes."
I sighed. I'll have to watch everything I do then. As we walked the halls I noticed more guards and more staff then I had. I shook my head.
Me: "You know how many guards I had when I worked here? 6. And I had NO staff. I did the cooking, cleaning, check ups, and lessons. Honestly, if you put effort into caring for them you don't need anyone. The guards were all for show, or to let me know if one of the children needed me."
Male: "Thats why you were removed. You didn't take the precautions that were needed."
Me: "They didn't need your so called 'precautions.' For over 100 years I didn't have a single containment break."
Male: "The council deemed that irrelevant."
Me: "Of course they did."
We finally reached the first door, 191's room. I smiled as I reached for my keycard... which I no longer had. I sighed and looked to one of the men behind me.
Me: "Could you?"
The leader nodded and stepped forward as he pulled out a card. He opened the door and I walked inside. 191 was sitting down on the floor, as always, only I didn't see her laptop anywhere. What the hell? Did they seriously take away her only means of communication? She did still have her teddy bear though. I walked forward and crouched down beside her, I then tapped on her shoulder. She slowly looked over and her one human eye widened. Suddenly she almost lunged at me, trying to hug me. I carefully caught her and rubbed her back lightly.
Me: "Hello 191. It's good to see you're healthy."
I smiled as she continued to hold onto me. Even with her mechanical parts I was still able to get those childish reactions every once in awhile. Eventually she let go and sat up. She slowly looked around for something to "talk" with, but there wasn't anything in the room. I turned around and looked to the task force.
Me: "Give me something she can type with."
They looked at each other then one of them pulled a phone out. They handed it to me and I held it out to 191. 191 slowly reached out to it and began extracting and sending data. After a moment of this she stopped and text appeared on the phone.
191: "Where have you been?"
Me: "I'm afraid I can't say 191. But I'll be here for a few days, so I'll visit as much as I can."
191: "You're not staying?"
I shook my head.
Me: "Unfortunately not."
