"Mommy,Mommy" I heard Heaven yell through the house
"In the kitchen honey" I yelled back
I heard her little steps running
"Guess what guess what" she squealed running over to me.
"What is it baby? Why you so excited?" I laughed at her enthusiasm
"My loose tooth fell" she smiled pointing at her the empty spot in her mouth where her tooth once was
"Omg my baby's first loose tooth fell" I squealed feeling so excited just like I was when Kairo got his first tooth " I gotta get a picture" I said walking over to the table grabbing my phone so I could snap the picture
"I knew you were gonna make a big deal about this" Ant laughed walking in
"Shut up! This just means my baby girl is growing up" I hit his chest before going back to snapping pictures of her missing tooth but it ended up turning into a whole photo shoot for her
"The tooth fairy is going to bring me a lot of money" She jumped up and down running out the kitchen
"I know. It's gonna come that age where ima have to lock her in her room" He said taking a seat on a stool "Where's Carter? We suppose to go meet up with some artist"
"You're not locking her up anywhere! And he's in his room getting ready. He had some company last night and you know how that goes" I laughed as I marinated the Chicken
"Speaking of that. How did it go with you an Dave? Heard you never made it home" he wiggled his eyebrows taking a bite into an apple
"For your information we didn't do anything like that. We went to the club and had a good time then went over to his house. We made out for a minute but we both felt like having sex would only complicate things so we just talked all night until we fell asleep" I shrugged telling him exactly what happened the other day.
Once we left the Club we went to his house. We started making out and were so close to sleeping with each other but something didn't feel right and I guess Dave felt it too because he stopped everything. He said he didn't want to take advantage of the situation because if he was going to get me back he was gonna do it the right way. So after a cold shower we just laid in bed talking about anything that came to mind.
It honestly felt like the old days when it was just us two living in the basement or our first apartment. It felt like I had my best friend back.
