summary
america mcgarrett is the 11 year old daughter of steve mcgarrett. as far as he is aware, however, her mother lost the child. when steve comes back to the island in the wake of his fathers death, unaware that his ex was raising his daughter just a few miles away from him.
danny williams was a dedicated father. he loved his daughter with all his heart, after all she was the entire reason he moved to the island to begin with. when stan gets a job in las vegas rachel gives danny full custody of grace without warning and takes charlie and disappears
so steve and danny, newly married, are suddenly parents to two angry pre-teen girls
