SkyWorld and the shattered stone

Chapter three - it begins

The next day, SkySapphire woke up at four. With her hair all in her face and all in tangles. She payed there for a few minutes hoping that sleep would come back. After a while she gave up trying to sleep. Then she rolled out of bed. Then she tried to find a hair brush to calm her hair down. Which took one hour.

Two hours later, SkySapphire had packed her bag which was sky blue. She packed: her hair brush (which is somehow able to make her hair neat), clean clothes, three water bottles, hair bands, torch, bow and arrow, sword strap, and her sword. Put on a maroon shirt one, and jeans. SkySapphire walked out of her house. Locking the door. The sun in the sky. SkySapphire decided to walk. She smiled to herself as she reached SkyRedstone's house. His house door opened then SkyRedstone walked out. Wearing a dawn blue shirt, and French grey pants. He had a red-stone red bag. With who knows what in it! Most likely books, though. SkySapphire thought to herself careful not to say it out loud. His naturally brown hair had dyed red tips. "You redyed your hair!" SkySapphire muttered as SkyRedstone walked up too her. He rolled his eyes then smiled at her. She smiled back. They started to walk to the front gate.

"This seems fimiliar..." SkySapphire said softly. "It does doesn't it..." SkyRedstone replied laughing slightly. SkySapphire smiled. Before nodding. "My only hope it that what happened last time doesn't happen again." SkySapphire muttered softly as if trying not to think about what had happened. SkyRedstone frowned. "You okay?" SkyRedstone asked. SkySapphire rolled her eyes. "It's not like I murdered someone... and it was my mother!" SkySapphire sarcastically said. Looking SkyRedstone in the eyes the first time she's every said that without almost tearing up.

After a awkward moment of silence they reached the front gates. SkySapphire smiled too herself before a question dawned on her "how are we gonna get to OzoneOrganisation?" SkySapphire asked. Then behind her there was a diamonds beam of light soon followed by a red and brown coloured beam of light, or as SkySapphire knew it as SkyPlainite's gem colour.

"Come on!" SkySapphire could faintly hear. She saw SkyDiamonds and SkyPlaininte walking along, towards them. SkyPlainite had a flower top with a heart cut out, she was wearing a knee length skirt which was purple. She was carrying a saddle? And a neon pink bag. SkyDiamonds was wearing a teal shirt on it had the phrase lets go! Repeated four times on his shirt each time the letters were getting smaller. SkySapphire smiled at the, knowing that they would already know the answer to her question. SkyPlainite smiled at SkySapphire.

"Well we're just wondering but how are going to get too OzoneOrganisation which let me remind you is in space!" SkyRedstone exclaimed. SkyPlainite winced rubbing her ears. SkyPlainite after finishing rubbing her ears smirked. Before looking at SkyDiamonds whom was smiling at them. Mainly SkyRedstone.

"Well you know how my gem is the rarest?-" SkyPlainite asked him. "- and that's the reason why it's a gem we pass down? Well that means that I can transform into my family's sprite animal. Not guardian! You guys know that she is a cheetah." SkyPlainite said in a rushed voice. Before she looked at SkyDiamonds. He continued "her family's sprite is a phoenix!" He said brightly.

SkyRedstone looked at SkyPlainite. "Phoenix's are too small carry all of us!" SkyRedstone stated in his know-it-all voice. A small smirk on his face. "Well plainites rare so-" SkySapphire looked at SkyPlainite her face was a little pink. She looked at SkyRedstone who was still smirking in victory. "-it gives me the power to choose how large I can be.." SkyPlainite muttered. Glaring at SkyDiamonds. SkySapphire nodded. SkyRestone rolled his eyes. SkyPlainite put down her bag and the saddle

SkyPlainite closed her eyes as if constation. Before eagle sized wings sprouted out of her back. The tips were a golden yellow then it faded into a sunset orange. The very top feathers were a firery red. The same colour as SkySapphire's hair. Then a eagle tail appeared the same colours as her wings. SkySapphire had realised that her Phoenix features were slightly glowing. SkyPlainites feet turned into three large talons. Claws were at the end of her talons. In a crescent shape. Like a birds. SkySapphire noticed that they would make a good replacement for daggers while she was in this form. If she became any bigger they would be a replacement for swords. The feathers started to go up her back. When it reached her arms, instead of turning into feathers, they disappeared. SkyPlainite winced. When she saw this. She started to lose her balance. She moved her wings to help balance. The feathers followed up her back and on to her neck. It reached her face. Her whole face changed. The overall shape became more and more bird like until it looked like a eagle face. Her eyes became perfect circles. Losing all colour. Becoming black. When the feathers reached her nose and mouth they formed a sunset yellow (with a little of orange) beak. Her ears disappeared, so did her eyebrows. When it reached her hair it became the same colours has her wings and tail but her hair became three larger feathers, more large then the rest of her body.

SkyPlainite put her head into her wings. When she removed her hea she flew over too SkyDiamonds and nudged his face. Slowly he started to pat her head. SkyPlainite closed her eyes as if enjoying the attention from the prince. Then she froze and looked at SkyDiamonds. He nodded. She flew into the middle of them and burst into flame. Turning into ash. SkySapphire stared at the spot where SkyPlainite's ash's were. Not able to believe what had just happened.

SkyDiamonds looked at SkySapphire and rolled his eyes. He walked over to her, he whispered in her ear "watch" SkySapphire slightly jumped but only SkyDiamonds noticed. The ash that was SkyPlainite started to form a much bigger bird. It was twice the size of of SkySapphire. SkySapphire realised how closely this bird looked the same as Glitch when he was in the stone. SkyDiamonds walked up to the bird statue and lightly pressed its chest. A small heart beat was heard. The stone slowly came off of the bird which SkySapphire realised was a Phoenix. When all the stone was off the statue it formed a Phoenix, that looked like it would be able to carry more than three people.

"This is how we're going to get to OzoneOrganisation" SkyDiamonds explained to them. Now that saddle makes sense! SkyRedstone thought looking at the saddle. As SkySapphire's curiosity got the better of her. She stretched out her hand to pat SkyPlainite. She edged towards SkyPlainite. When she was at least a metre away, SkyPlainite noticed and looked at her. Before she leaned her head in so SkySapphire could pat her. SkyPlainite's beak was first thing SkySapphire felt. It felt like flat wood. SkySapphire's hand moved so that it was in between her eyes. She started to stroke her feathers.

SkyDiamonds smiled as he walked too the pair leaving SkyRedstone behind. SkyPlainite looked at him. As if giving him permission to pat her. Understanding this he reached out to pat her too. As soon as his hand was an inch away from her he drew his hand back. Shaking it as if trying to shake away something. He looked at SkySapphire in pure confusion. "How?... can you.... withstand... that.... heat?" SkyDiamonds panted. She looked at his hand that was just before an inch away from SkyPlainite. It was really red almost as red as her hair. She winced knowing that must hurt. Than she realised what he said. "She's not hot" SkySapphire muttered looking at her adoptive brother. SkyRedstone had been listening to there conversation "SkySapphire, Phoenix's on average are 5000 degrees! (Or for others 9032 Fahrenheit)" SkyRedstone stated looking from SkyPlainite to SkyDiamonds then SkySapphire and repeating.

SkySapphire looked into SkyPlainite's black eyes. "I didn't know" SkySapphire muttered in disbelief. At both the fact that she was that hot and that she didn't feel it. SkyRedstone nodded. SkyPlainite drew back her head and ruffled her feathers. Than she put her head in her left wing. SkyDiamonds walked over to the saddle and then walked back over to SkySapphire. "There fire He put in her hands and then she nodded. She put it on SkyPlainite. SkyPlainite squawked in protest before SkyDiamonds said something to her, which SkySapphire didn't hear. She tighted it around her stomach so it didn't fall off. When they were flying.

When it was adjusted enough so it wouldn't fall off and it was comfortable for SkyPlainite they all climbed on her. SkyPlainite stretched her wings and started to fly up. Into space.
