Chapter 1- first impressions

"Get out, NOW" Mum screams at me. My sisters are trying to calm her down and my dad looks so mad he could burst.

"Fine I'll go.." I whisper, nodding and running out the door.

As I'm walking along the Main Street I decide to go and calm down with some coffee. I order and sit down, willing my tears to stay away for a bit longer. No such luck. Tears come streaming down my face like a waterfall. I duck my head and hope no one noticed.

"Excuse me, I couldn't help but see you were crying. Are you ok?" A feminine voice politely asked me.

"I'm fine.." I said and trailed off as I looked up and saw her. It was Demi Lovato.. THE Demi Lovato. I'm trying very hard to hold back my screams if FANGIRLYness.

"May I sit down?" She asked and I just nodded my head as I didn't trust my mouth to say the right words.

'one chai latte, table 7' The guy at the counted shouted.

I stood up to get it but so did Demi.

"Let me" she said with a smile that melted my heart.

I sat back down and remembered the scene at my house. Before I knew it, I was crying again!

As Demi returned with our drinks (hers was ready too), she noticed my tears as they were dripping down my cheeks again.

"Honey, are you sure your alright" she whispered to me with a concerned face.
