"Ohkay so I need a spinal block to help with the pain stat!!!!!!!"

"Heres the oxygen and the blood you needed" one of the nurse spoke.

"Bout fucking time...did anyone get a hold of a family member" i yelled through the room, before anyone could answer her heart rate began dropping.

"Where loosing her get me a crash cart now!...now!!!...now!"

I felt so overwhelmed trying to perform a c-section and at the same time trying to follow hospital protocol because none of her family wanted to come up here and sign off on her paperwork.

I understand moe's reason for not coming but I did not understand why nobody showed up for her, I just hope moe can put the issues aside and be here for her sister.

"Doc we have a serious problem" one of the nurses said walking back into the room.

"What can possibly be a problem right now with getting a crash cart" I yelled while pumping destiny chests.

"Her brother signed DNR forms"

"Whaaatttt!" I said instantly stopping chest compressions.

"He signed the forms 2 hours ago saying he felt it was right and he didn't want her to suffer" she said with a low but serious tone.

I took a deep breath before saying time of death.

"Time of death 10:36 Sunday May 2 2019.... can you wrap this up" I said to the other doctor in the room that was assisting me.

I began to walk out the room only to run into Brandon, my heart felt sad for him knowing what I was about to tell him would possibly destroy him.

"What happened is she ohkay... I couldn't get her sister to come and her momma wouldn't answer my call" he said with worry in his eyes.

"I'm sorry Brandon for your lose she was going into cardiac arrest and when I was about to resuscitate her I was informed that her brother signed the DNR forms" I sighed as rubbed my hands together.

"Why would he fucking do that shit!" He yelled as he dropped to his knees with tears

"He said he didn't want her to suffer..but once again we did everything we could I'm sorry for your lose" I patted his shoulder and walked out the room to go to my office.
