Dont give up on me because you cant see.
what I see, I have the greatness inside.
That will turn over these tables, turn the tides, pulling over the hills.
No one can tell me when I'm coming and going.
I pull my own weight and stand straight.
Dont give up on me, I will be here till the end.
Break me, stake me
Call me what you will, I am still.
Throw sticks and stones that won't break my soul.In my land and my plastic crown has more worth than fool's gold.
I can't be contained, so don't change or cage me.
I will overcome your mountains and reach the milestone.I call for all that time to begin I swear there is no end. I am the champion, I will scream at the top of my lungs and I will shout out.
"THE KING HAS COME!"
It's easy to look at people and make quick judgements about them, their past, but you'd be amazed at the pain and we're still okay.
What a person shows the world is one small faucet under the iceburge.
Often, it's lined with cracks and scars that go to the soul.So don't judge me, I've got more power then you see.
All of us out here struggling to be bugging, no one else is hugging.
The outreaches of the sky, no one can deny when you shoot for the moon, no one can take that right.
I've got everything in this house, its coming down when you brag to compare.
You're not taking anything away, right here is where we make our stand.
Cause yes yes.
Yes we can.
