I just realised that Pidgeot was not suppose to be collected in this story so in Chapter One where he got Pidgeot back, that never happened.
"......Hates being cuddled?"
"No you didn't." She screamed in pain.
"Think you overdid it mate." He sent the message through the mental link.
"She deserved it." He said in Poke-speech.
Ash shook his head, " I'm going to get my supplies and i'll be off." And with that, he ran to his room, gathered everything hurriedly and took in the sight of 24 pokeballs sitting on the table as well as his nanodex.
"Yes!" He thought. "I can carry them all!"
He carefully place all the shrunken pokeballs into the nanodex unlimited pokeball storage system and put the watch on.
"I'm going to buy a new watch at Viridian City!" He called and left, leaving his mom to deal with paralysis on his own.

When he was in Route One, he touched Pikachu on the heart and said, "Your my best buddy. Even if you die."
"I know that." Pikachu smiled.
Millions of memories, some bound, some not, flooded Pikachu and the locked ones entered Ash.
Pikachu remembered all the moves he learnt on the island and before he was betrayed, Ash remembered the time with MewTwo and if he would see him again. Pikachu remembered all that Ash remembered and Ash remembered all that Pikachu had seen, as they shared a connection through a bond of friendship and a mental link.
Pikachu stumbled back and Ash caught him. "Can i test out some moves Ash?"
"Sure." Ash spotted an incoming Pidgeotto. "Pikachu, Volt Tackle!"
Electricity surrounded the electric mouse and the rodent smashed into the Pidgeotto.
The pokemon cried out in agony. "Thundershock at 2% to finish Pidgeotto!"
The super effective attack hit and Pidgeotto was too weak to fly anymore. She wasn't fainted, but was not fit to battle.
"Do you want to come with me Pidgeotto?" Ash asked.
"Pidgeotto!" She said.
"Okay then."
Ash took a few iteams out of his backpack when he suddenly remembered something. When he was alone and betrayed, he was trying to find a way to store all of his stuff when his nanodex opened up. There was a really big storage space that could flip out and minimize and everything. He carefully took a max potion out of his nanodex and a paralysis heal. He treated the wounds first, spraying it on as Pidgeotto winced in pain.
"There. All done." He said when he was finished.
Pidgeotto looke into the deep brown eyes of the raven haired boy. She saw care, sadness and something inside that she could not comprehend.
Ash looked back. He could see sorrow and anguish in those mesmerizing eyes. He wondered why there was sorrow and anguish in there.
It seemed that they forgot about Pikachu and he wasn't happy about that. He shocked them both with a 0.3% of his power thundershock, just to jolt them back into existence.
"I'll come." Pidgeotto said, breaking the awkward silence.
Pikachu leapt in joy. "Woo hoo!" He cheered wildly.
Ash stroked the feather wings of the bird pokemon. "Are you sure?" He asked. "I don't want to press you into doing something you don't."
Unknown to Ash, this was the same Pidgeot that he had abandoned before. With a great white light emitting from Pidgeotto, it became bigger and it's tail feathers longer.
"Pidgeot!" She cried, remembering everything as the evolution took place. "Yes. I will come." She said.
"I hoped you would remember me Ash."
"Pidgeot? Is that you?"
"Who else would it be?" She remarked sarcastically.
Ash threw his arms around her. "You have to meet the new team members."
Ash had forgotten to get Pidgeot when he left, instead gathering everyone else.
He took every single pokeball out of his nano dex and enlarged them. He threw them out, one at a time.
"Dialga? Arceus? Mew? Darkrai?" She cowered in fear at the last name, "Victini? Rayquaza?" She flew back in shock before pecking herself to make sure that it was not a dream.
"How did you capture them Ash? They're legendary pokemon! You could have won every single leauge if you use them!"
"They wanted to come with me." Ash smiled.
Every single pokemon there confirmed his statement besides one of them which was not a legendary but a Lucario. A white and Cyan Lucario.
"What the heck! This Lucario is WHITE AND CYAN!"
"He's a royal Psuedo custom Lucario."
"WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN?"
Ash answered back calmly, "It means, I am an Arceus and I made this Lucario the first of it's kind, a Psuedo Custom. I made him myself." He stated this proudly.
Pidgeot's eyes rolled to the back of her head and promptly, she fainted.
