Prologue

(3rd Pov)

Somewhere in Vale, a boy at the age of 8 is in the basement which is his "room" while battered and bruised after the daily beating of his so called "family"

Chris; You better be ashamed of your doings (Y/n), i never permitted you to be able to leave your room but what did you do!, you left your room and had the guts to steal food from the fridge!

Lia; im embarrassed I have a brother as useless as you

Jessica; today is your younger brothers birthday so we are going to leave to celebrate, we want this house to be clean when we come back, Got it!

(Y/n); (mutters) you never celebrated my birthday

He muttered something nobody heard except him and his younger sister

Lia; the only reason we don't celebrate your birthday because you are not our brother!

With that his "Family" left to celebrate his younger "brother"s birthday while leaving him in his room with only a piece of rotten bread and infected water that came from who knows where!?

(Y/n); Why do they treat me like this!?

(Y/n) is currently crying while hugging his knees thinking about what he did to deserve this until he thought of an idea. He waited for them to leave the house and started preparing

(Y/n) i need to get out of this stupid hellhole!

(Y/n) wrote a note and grabbed a duffel bag,some fresh water and food,a small knife and left the house and ran into an alley leading to an abandoned warehouse

(Y/n) usually goes into the abandoned warehouse to get some alone time whenever they leave after beating him but he never thought of escaping because he still thinks that his family still cared for him and will get worried but this time is different, he knows for sure his family doesn't care for him

(Y/n) Pov)

The warehouse is abit far from my home so i ran for a few couple of minutes until i arrived and entered through the back door

Crates of who knows what until i realized who they are

(The White Fang!)

I instantly hid behind one of the crates and saw a symbol of a snowflake with words below it, "Schnee Dust Company".I took a look inside but i accidentally bumped into a smalled crate and made it fall down alerting everyone

Wfm; everyone look a human!

Wfm2; get that kid! Don't let him get away!

I started running behind the crates but they got me cornered so i grabbed my knife

(Y/n); I made it this far and i won't go down without a fight!

WfLeader; strong words kiddo but you wont last a second! Boys il take care of this

The others backed away while the other guy charged at me with a sword while i backed away but i underestimated the length of the sword and it slashed my chest.If my aura wasn't up it would have been bloody

I charged the guy with my knife and tried to thrust the knife into him but he sidestepped and slashed my legs

(Y/n); Gah!

I i felt my aura drain out since i only unlocked it recently and it isnt that big but i still stood up trying to fight
