Clothes shopping??!!

I woke up to the sun shining through the curtains and looked over at Yuri fast asleep, snoring loudly. I got up slowly from the bed trying not to wake Yuri up. I covered Yuri in the blanket and opened the door and headed down the stairs.

"Good morning Natsuki, is Yuri still asleep?" Yuri's mom asked.

"Good morning and yeah she is."

"Well I'll make some eggs and toast if you want to wait a couple of minutes."

"That would be lovely, thank you." I said smiling as I sat down on the couch.

Yuri's dad was in the back garden cutting up some wood and making it look nice. He looked like he was out there for a long time.

*after breakfast*

"Thank you for the breakfast!" I said with my mouth half full.

Yuri's dad laughed and Yuri's mom smiled.

"Oh right, Natsuki there's a spare guest bathroom with a shower if you want to use that but make sure to wake Yuri up at some point. She'll need breakfast in her for the adventure in the afternoon."

"Adventure?" I asked.

"I was thinking about it and realized you don't have any clothes other than the ones your wearing so I was thinking that you, Yuri and I could go shopping in the afternoon!"

"Its fine really! You don't have to go through that much trouble, really."

"Its my treat Natsuki." Yuri's mom said smiling.

I nodded appreciably and headed back upstairs to the guest bathroom. I checked in on Yuri who was still asleep and then decided to take a shower.
"How does this thing work..." I thought out loud.
I pressed a button on the shower suddenly turned on.
The shower was freezing when I got in but after awhile it started turning warm.
"This is so relaxing..." I thought to myself.
Suddenly the handle on the door turned and most surprisingly Yuri walked in. Yuri didn't seem to notice someone was in the shower until now.
"U-Uh I-Im s-sorry!!!' Yuri screamed, blushing intensely as she ran out of the bathroom.
*after the shower*
I walked out of the bathroom and into my bedroom to see a flustered Yuri sitting on my bed.
"I-Im really s-sorry!" Yuri says with her head down and hands together.

I walk over to Yuri and stare at her.
Yuri flinches expecting me to hit her or smack her, instead I stroke her long purple hair, shocked Yuri pulls back blushing.
"Its fine," I say to her," by the way your mom wants you downstairs for breakfast."

"O-oh right..."
Yuri gets up and walks just to the door,"I've left you a spare change of clothes, t-thats o-of course if you want to wear them."

I nod and Yuri closes the door behind her. I look on the bed to see a white shirt with stars on it and a pair of blue jeans.
The T-shirt was a bit big and the jeans a little too small but in general it was good to get out of those old clothes.
I came down stairs to see Yuri eating breakfast and her mom watching TV. Yuri's mom saw me and said, "oh Natsuki you look wonderful, sorry we couldn't get the perfect fit but this is all we have for the time being."

"I don't mind.."

"Anyways let's see... Yuri dear go and get dressed after breakfast."

"Where are we going?" Yuri asks.

"I thought today would be a perfect day for us to all go shopping for clothes! Kind of like a mother and daughters bonding time."

"O-oh alright."

Yuri finishes her toast and puts her bowl in the sink and heads upstairs.

"Yuri doesn't enjoy going shopping for clothes as much as I do, she'd rather spend all day inside reading a book." Yuri's mom said sighing.
