Help 🤔 (not really a story)

Um idk

So yesterday mom informed me she got a heart rate reading bracket that she had to wear to sleep and I didn't think much about it, right? Well later that night when I was 'asleep' it seems that I had a seizure. Now I would call the whole thing a dream since my mom don't recall it happening, but I know you can't dream of the unknown, that's why we don't die when dreaming we are falling, because we don't know what death is physically. So, I called it a nightmare/ seizure. It started out like a dream, that I was on my phone in bed that night and it had a case with lights around the edge and the phone started dying and the iPhone dead battery symbol popped up and the LED lights in the case were flashing and i started crying -almost like I was scared- and that moment I seemed to snap to reality, I was convulsing (shaking drastically throughout the body) and I was whimpering like you are when you're really scared and I was crying in real life. And I woke up with hypertension (headache/ pressure) and I was dizzy. I thought the dream to be based on my mothers bracelet, but also triggered by it since I wasn't actually on my phone, but the bracelet was creating lights and movements amidst the darkness.

Can anyone help me on this that knows about it? Thanks for reading guys
