Chapter 2: PERSONA

Welcome to chapter two and yes I know someone in the persona universe has this persona but I made some adjustments to story when I found this out so enjoy and I made some adjustments so it's not like Thanatos in persona 5

After a while of following Akira and co. you run into Kaneshiro "well done making it this far" said Kaneshiro "it seems you have a follower" then Akira and co. turn around

"(Y/N)?" Said Akira

"What's this punk doing here" said the blonde boy

"He seemed to follow us skull" said the talking cat wait a talking cat thought (Y/N)

"It seems fitting that I run into you here because if you haven't guessed I hired the guy you assaulted" bellowed Kaneshiro

"What?" said (Y/N) with a very angry tone to your voice "you made my life fall into ruin for what reason"

"What other,money"said Kaneshiro he started laughing

"You-" suddenly you feel a sharp pain in your head

"Enough of this child's play" an echoey voice rang in your head "you wish to end him well,let us forge a contract, I am thou, thou art I Thou who art willing to perform all sacrilegious acts for thine"

Suddenly a mask of that of a bird appeared on you face with hollowed out eyes to see you started to rip it off and started to notice it was connected to your skin but your rage kept you going through the pain and you ripped off the mask while you body gets engulfed in blue flames,the flames slowly come off it revealed you have a red loincloth that looked like it came from ancient times with a black line running down with yellow gloves and pants with white shoes suddenly behind you a bird like creature with coffins that looked like it could be wings "I am your will to kill the, harvenger of death, god of death Thanatos

"B-But someone has Thanatos as their persona" said one of the guards quivering almost as much in front of Kaneshiro

"They we're getting boring so a chose a new one" spoke Thanatos

"Hey Kurusu-san let's kick some butt"

One of the guards turns into a golden oni "host"said Thanatos

"What"you asked

"I want to try a new ability I thought of called soul capture" said Thanatos with a gleam in his eye

"Sure thing" you said with a smile on your face "now,Thanatos soul capture" with that Thanatos grabbed the ice oni and ripped out its soul after some rummaging then one of his coffins open and he put the soul in there

"Later we will see what it does" said Thanatos

"Thanatos,doors of hades" then the gold oni exploded with a white flash and the coffin Thanatos put the soul in dinged

"There we go" he said while opening the coffin and the ice oni with glassy eyes came out "now joker what would you like to do with this one"

"Lend me it's power" said Akira

"Alright,slave" the ice oni looked at Thanatos "Len your power to Joker"

"Let my powers become yours" and the ice oni became a mask and joker grabbed it

"How?" Said Akira

"I'm the god of death I can steal a soul and make it my slave once per day it takes a lot out of me" said Thanatos with a tired look to him

"Yeah we better leave to get ready to fight Kaneshiro" said the blonde girl

—later—

"So you guys are the phantom thieves" said (Y/N)

"You got it" said the blonde boy named Ryuji

"Never heard of them" said (Y/N) a little embarrassed

"WHAT?" Questioned Ryuji

"They're new here remember" said Akira

"Right,right forgot" said Ryuji "oh by the way nice persona man"

"Thanks I think I have everything got down" said (Y/N) while stroking Morgana

"Stop I'm not a-oh that's the spot" said Morgana

"I didn't know he had a weak spot" said the blue haired boy named Yusuke

"He's kinda cute like this" said the blonde girl named Ann

"Let's meet up tomorrow here to continue the search for his treasure" said the brown haired girl named Makota

"Uh,what happened" said Morgana getting back to his senses after (Y/N) stopped stroking him

"Let's go" said Akira while picking up Morgana and stuffing him in his bag

"See ya guys" said (Y/N) as you walked home you saw two girls in blue uniforms looking at you you looked over and they were gone "not the weirdest thing I've seen today" once you got home you passed out on your bed

"Welcome (Y/N)" said a deep voice "to the velvet room"
