The 2nd day

Nick's Pov

"We will meet the babysitter today and leave after that. She'll be staying in here with you, Sarah and Elliot. We'll be home next week, not sure which day yet." My mom explained making sure that I get everything. "You meet the babysitter, leave, she'll stay here and you come back next week, got it" I chuckled while eating cereal for breakfast. "Please be nice to her Nick" mom almost begged. "I'll try" I rolled my eyes.

The babysitters usually just ignore be, but when I'm leaving to somewhere they blame me for not being with them and helping. I mean they never really ask for anything. If I offer to help they'll say it's okay and that I don't have to. Later they'll complain about me to my parents. They think I'm just a spoiled brat, which I'm not.

I sat at the island of the kitchen, eating, while mom was reading the paper and dad was still packing.

"Daisy is picking me up! We're gonna leave my stuff to their place and go to school then!" Ellie shouted running down the stairs two bags with her. "Love you mom, see you and dad next week!" Ellie gave mom a kiss on the cheek and left outside. Daisy was already waiting for her there.

"So it's just us and the babysitter?" I questioned and ruffled Elliot's hair who just came downstairs with Sarah. "Mhmm... You boys be nice to her" mom said almost like a warning. Elliot and I muttered 'yes' quietly and continued eating.

I had dropped Sarah and Elliot to the daycare and was now heading towards my friends.

"Hey Nick" Kyle smiled and nodded. "Hey" "Hey guys!" Ashley, Julie and Candie joined us. "We were thinking if we all would hang out today" Ashley bit her lip looking at me. "I like that idea..." Ricky smirked chuckling. "Can't, new babysitter today" I rolled my eyes. "Oh c'mon Nick! We haven't hanged out lately!" Ricky whined at me which made me roll my eyes again, muttering 'fine'.

School ended rather quickly and we were headed to Ashley's house.

Sophie's Pov

Before leaving from school I went to the math class which was empty, Eric had asked me to come to talk with him and the guys. I opened the door and went in, making sure that no one saw me before closing the door. I turned around to see my brother and our gang waiting for me. They all smiled at me as I smiled at them.

"How's school?" Russel asked, tilting his head. "It's okay, I mean.. It's school" I shrugged and gave him a kiss on the cheek which made him smirk. Russel is Eric's best friend and we've known each other for a looong time. The next one to get a kiss on the cheek was Max. Then Aiden, who is actually Russel's brother. Then the last one, Scott. I don't know where Matt and Josh are... They're also in our gang.

Suave's gang -our gang- was formed by Eric's and I's grandfather -from our mother's side.

Mom had a brother who became the leader but soon he didn't want to do it anymore and Eric was more than glad to accept the offer. He was 15, which is the age when someone can join a gang. There are many gangs, some small ones and some huge ones. And all of us still have rules between each other, there are 3 leading gangs which are enormous. Sadly one of them doesn't like our gangs/leader. But anyway.

I am the only girl that has been accepted to a gang.

"So?" I sat down smiling. "Are you gonna be okay, staying at Cooper's?" "Of course" I snickered. "I mean with the hiding?" Eric added "I know you can take care of yourself but what about this I-am-the-only-girl-in-a-gang-and-not-so-many-people-know thing?" I laughed at his question. "They'll find out sooner or later. I don't care" I shrugged.

We talked for awhile until I really had to go.

Walking down the street after school ended, I finally found the right house.
