My Soon To Be Fiance

[David's POV]

I pace around my room some.

I was waiting for Tyler to come over. For my whole life after I met Tyler I was falling in and out of love and I would always visit him for help. However one day I got on his nerves and he requested me to never visit on that topic again... And so I didn't. I kept to myself, fell in and out of love, yet kept an healthy friendship with Tyler so now it's just me wondering one question... Why did he want to visit me? I thought I pissed him off and I thought he never wanted to visit me again buy here we are, me waiting for Tyler. Ding don't, there goes the door bell.

I instantly make my way to the door and open it, greeting Tyler and letting him in. We went to the living room, talked for awhile about life and all that however something seemed off with Tyler. I grew concerned more and more with him as time goes on. After about 2 hours I question him, "Is something up?" Tyler just stares at me, trying to find an excuse but I don't let him. "Just tell me, please." He took a deep breath and removed eye contact. He spoke,

"Nogla, no David. I promised myself that I would never fall in love with any gender, no boy nor girl however... I failed my own promise. I have fallen in love with one of my best friends and I don't know what to do. I never wanted to fall in love, I never wanted anything to do with love however... Over our chats and our fun times and memories I have ended up falling for you, David. You make me feel butterflies in my belly and make my heart speed up. You make me feel better everyday and I don't know what to do... Look, I guess what I'm trying to say is... I love you. And I don't care if you don't feel the same way but, I just had to let you know..."

"........Tyler I..."

Ding dong, there goes the doorbell again. I sigh and get up before opening the door to see my fiance. I greeted her and let her in before going to Tyler. He stares some, I reply the question I know that's there.

"Tyler, this is my soon to be wife..."

Tyler may not of shown it but I felt his heart shatter, he just smiles though before getting up. He held an hand out and shake her hand.

"Well, lovely to meet you ma'am... You got an very lovely boy. But I feel it's best if I leave now so you guys can hangout. Have a lovely day."

And with that said Tyler left, even after several pleas of "stays." I didn't tell my fiance anything, just that he wanted to hangout. After she left I felt my phone buzz and checked it out. So yeah, I'm pacing around in my room again... Talking to Tyler explaining what's happening and how I have found the one I wanted... And how Tyler should move on and in honesty, I hate it. I just hope he can forgive me.
