There was a party that Saturday evening.
Truthfully, Taehyung hadn't been to a party before. Hell, he hadn't even made a proper friend before! I mean, that's what you get if you're an abnormal human being who's been homeschooled for most of your life.
It was a completely different story for Jungkook and the other guys. Every Friday and Saturday night was party night; getting drunk until they passed out, steamy make-out sessions with a stranger, dancing until their legs broke.
And even after the wails of "no" and the pouts and the crossed arms from Taehyung, the guys still managed to persuade him to tag along.
So there Taehyung was, slouching on his sofa in an oversized black hoodie and denim jeans five minutes before the septet had planned to head out.
Taehyung's doorbell rang.
Taehyung groaned, scratched his head, and forced himself to open the door.
Jungkook was standing there, in a leather jacket decorated with studs; leather trousers; and a necklace with a tiny red pendant that complimented his hair.
Jungkook eyed Taehyung up and down and then snickered,
"You can't go in that!"
"And why not?" Taehyung retorted, slightly offended but still kind of feeling inferior to the all-leather fabulous Jungkook.
"Show me your wardrobe," he demanded, and just stomped into Taehyung's room and swung open his wardrobe without invitation.
It wasn't as bad as he thought.
There were multiple jackets, some of leather, and some long and furry. Lots of ties hung from the inside, and there were at least ten pairs of shoes.
"You have so much nice stuff, and yet you're wearing that!" Jungkook said, examining a leopard print tie in awe.
"Yes... but I just don't know how to piece it together," the older sighed.
Jungkook squealed in excitement as he began composing an outfit for Taehyung, "You're gonna look fabulous!"
They younger demanded that Taehyung closes his eyes, and Taehyung grumbled, but did so nevertheless.
After what felt like ages, Jungkook told Taehyung to open his eyes.
He open his eyes and gasped.
"Oh, I forgot," Jungkook continued, "You need to dye your hair blue."
Taehyung's eyes bulged out of their sockets, "WHAT? I'm not dying my hair blue! Don't we have to be there in like three minutes?"
"It's normal to be late." Jungkook stated simply, redoing the subtle eyeliner on his lids and taking some blue hair dye from his bag.
Taehyung brushed off the fact that Jungkook just happened to have blue hair dye in his bag, and yelled,
"Hell NO am I getting my beautiful hair dyed blue!"
Jungkook just rolled his eyes and proceeded to cover the long brush with blue dye.
True, Taehyung actually did have very nice hair - blonde and slightly wavy - but it was a bit too... daytime. Taehyung needed something that screamed badass. Something that was hot and sexy instead of pretty and ethereal. Red was Jungkook's first choice, but he wasn't really keen on having the same hair colour as Taehyung.
