tirelessly, i woke up, hyunjin's legs wrapped around my waist as i checked the time on my phone. 3:38am.

i stared at him in awe. hyunjin was just so perfect and he meant the world to me. i wish everything would just stop.

time would just freeze and he could still be warm in my arms. but something was stopping me.

this crazy bitch is back and trying to get hyunjin. just to reach to me? sasaengs are scary these days.

tears threatened to spill but it was best if i just keep them in, right? i'd just be bothering my family. my friends. sometimes, i think i'm just annoying boy with squirrel- like features. one of the reasons i left my family to go on tour.

i was just a nuisance. even if i was away for three days, a week, months. my parents wouldn't care, would they?

they'd continue living their lives like i was some random gay boy who they didn't need, all because of my preference of who makes me happy?

i decided to get up out of bed and look through my window close by, the moon still glistening and slowly shining on hyunjin's pale skin.

one drop fell. then a second. maybe a little cry slipped unknowingly. but i could tell he was still there for me as i stood up to wipe my tears away....

"love, why are you crying?" he gently grabbed my wrists and pulled me back into our bed and hugged me, caressing the back of my head.

"nothing jinnie, i'm okay."

"don't lie to me."

i cried even harder. i didn't want to lose hyunjin. i didn't want to see areum's face and surrender.

"sorry for being such a distraction, a burden..... and making your shirt wet."

"burden? distraction? where did all this come from? you know that i'll love you to the moon. even further than 1,000,000,000 light-years." he cooed, making me giggle as he snuggled me, my head in the crook of his neck.

"jinnie, she's back. kim areum is back." i sobbed silently and softly.

"we'll get through this together, okay~ i'm not going to let her split us up, i didn't back then and i won't now." hyunjin reassured, flashing his signature smile.

"now let's go to sleep." he kissed my forehead and went back to his original position, his legs around my waist and his head on top of mine.
