Chapter 5: Making Friends

{Aiden's POV}

Me and my friends stood their purplexed, and wide eyed. Did red head seriously just take out a wolf? Maybe she's stronger than I thought. After a minute I snapped out of my daze and dragged my group inside. I walked to my locker and unlocked it.

The cling from my locker confirmed it unlocked, I opened it and got my books for next lesson; History. First I walked over to home room. Inside I saw the sight I was desperate to see. Her flowing red hair dropped from her head down to the bottom of her waist, and her lips looked so pi- What the hell?! Why am I thinking this? I shook of the feeling and went to sit in the chair next to her. I looked at her hoping to start a conversation.

{Lizzy's POV}

He was staring at me, and it was obvious he was trying to start a conversation with me. His mouth opened and closed thinking of something to say. Suddenly he spoke, "Hi, I saw your fight with Stacy and Lucy this morning? What's your deal with them?" I tensed up at the mention of their names. They used to gloat about how they were shifters and stiff and they annoyed me so much. "They are my sisters... They used to bully me" I answered back so casually, it didn't seem I was gritting my teeth.

He looked utterly horrified at my answer. I then couldn't hold it in, I looked up from my book and burst out laughing. While I was laughing his horrified state, changed to a confused expression. "What is it? Do I have food in between my teeth?" This made me laugh harder and I only stopped when the door opened. I looked up as if nothing happened and spotted my brother at the door. I smiled and yelled "Yo Bro!" He looked around and eventually found me. "Lizzy!" He yelled back. I got up and went over to him. I hugged him then went back down to sit down.

As I sat down Aiden looked at me and said "So do I have food in my teeth" I laughed while shaking my head and I answered "Nah, you just had the randomest funniest ever facial expression on you." He laughed at my reply. 10 minutes later I got up and my arm brushed against Aiden's and a very sharp tingle went up my arm. I gasped at it, at the exact time he gasped. I looked at him wide eyed and he was looking at me too. Before I even gave him time to talk I was outside the room going to my next lesson.

6 Hours Later I was walking out of school, when my brother bumped into me with a very nervous looking girl next to him. "Hi Jack, and you must be Jo am I correct?" She nodded. I looked questioning lay at Jack and he whispered to me "She is a little nervous as she heard what you did to Stacy" I laughed at him and looked down at her. I whispered to her "I'm not going to kill you don't worry," I leaned away and shook her hand "Nice to meet you" She suddenly looked a lot less nervous and she shook my hand and grabbed my hand and ran to a Black Farari with a white stripe which was Jacks car. She quickly yelled at me "Want a lift?" I smiled widely and nodded. Jack got into the car and drove me home and then drove away.
