as the night falls,
and i rise again,
i search for your face in the
distance, the same distance who kept
us far away from each other.
i try to recognize your voice from
milions of those, but yours is unique
like the most beautiful melody.
i ask myself, how are you right now?
somewhere, far away in your own world,
hidden from me, from everyone else.
and as i slowly start to fall again, i wish
that you see my face, even if i don't see yours. i wish that you seek happiness all the time, even if it's not with me.
you told me to never give up, and can you see me? i never gave up and i never will.
we have come quite so far together, and maybe this is why i am letting go for now. but trust me, this is not a goodbye. just a see you next time.
