Reunion part 1 (Minerva x fem reader)

We all dove behind the trees when Clem saw one of the raiders chopping wood "what do we do Clem " i asked very worried we would be caught and taken just asism Omar and Louis

that thought terrified me

" ill handle it " Clem whispered before she slowly crept up behind the raider and forcing them to drop their axe but thats when i recognised the raider it was Minnie

my Minnie

" Clem thats Minnie " i told her as Minnie elbowed Clem off of her back ,Clem stayed in a defensive stance well i moved closer to Minnie

i could feel Clem watching me as Minnie pulled me into a hug "i thought you were dead " i whispered as i hugged her back " i thought you were dead thats what the told me probably so i wouldn't fight back" she mumbled as we broke the hug

then dirt crunched from by Clem

" so your clementine " Minnie asked giving Clementine a look that told me she wasn't happy

Clem nodded not saying anything but returning Minnie look "Minnie Clem saved my life back at the school dont be angry " i said looking between them sensing the argument that was gonna happen and Minnie turned to look at me

"Minnie you can comeback with us you can help us get the others back " violet spoke up moving so she stood beside clementine

i nodded and made eye contact with Minnie she looked conflicted but when i took her hand i saw the doubt vanish i squeezed her hand and i sighed my Minnie was right here in front of me she was just hurt that was as clear as day to me "MINERVA " a load voice which i recognised as Lilly and my eyes went wide in fear as i dove behind a tree next to clementine

"finish with that wood i want to be back by nightfall " Lilly commanded Minnie looked sideways at me before responding " yes ma'am " i then heard Lilly and whoever else walk away

Minnie walked over to Clem and i 'are you sure you wanna take the risk of bringing me back with you if they attack again they'll kill you for sure " she whispered but her voice held fear "that wont happen Minnie " i whispered standing up and holding my hand hoping she'd take it

"we need to find Clem's friend James meet us back home " violet whispered in my ear as her Clem willy and AJ walked away leaving Minnie and i alone

i let out a sigh when she took my hand after i started lowering it

" i really thought you were dead " i whispered tearfully Minnie smiled slightly before pulling me to her i buried my head in her shoulder tears slipping down my cheeks as she held me close " i missed you Y/N " she mumbled into my hair before she kissed the top of my head gently

i smiled i missed when she used to hold me like this before Marlon traded her away

" please come back with me i cant lose you again " i sighed as more tears fell " your not gonna lose me ever again " she whispered as she broke the hug

looking me in the eyes i could see her eyes were filled with tears i lifted my hand to her cheek and wiped the tears away with my thumbs she leaned into my touch and kissed the palm of my hand softly

lifting her eyes to meet mine i leaned in closer til out faces were inchs apart

her eyes flicked to my lips before she kissed me wrapping her arms around my waist pulling me closer to her i wrapped my arms around her neck my fingers twisting in her short red hair

we kissed like we hadn't seen each other in years id forgotten how soft her lips were it had been so long it felt as though id never thought id get to kiss her again

we broke apart when the raspy choked sounds of the walkers walking closer their moans and chocked sounds made my skin crawl then Minnie meet my eyes and we ran for the school occasionally looking behind us to see if Lilly or anyone else was fallowing us

i lost tack of how long we were running for but soon enough the school gates loomed over us i opened the small gate and Minnie slipped in behind me " this place hasn't changed at all " she muttered and i took her hand leading her to the main building " i know someone who missed you just as much as i did " i told her walking towards the music room

"hes normally in here with AJ "i mutter as we approached the door " what if he hates me y/N " she asked as i grasped the door handle " trust me he could never hate you "i whispered pushing the door open right away seeing tenn and AJ on the floor by the piano " tenn can you come here for a sec " i called and he looked up at me smiling jumping to his feet and running towards me hugging me around the waist " i was so scared when the others came back and you didn't " he said when he looked up at me " ill always come back buddy but this time i brought someone with me " i smiled going behind him and turning him to face the door " come on out " i called out and Minnie slowly came around till she stood in the door frame looking nervous as hell

"Minnie!!! " he yelled running into her arms " i missed you tenn "she whispered tearfully hugging him tightly i smiled at the sight of them together " room for me in there " i giggled watching them with a smile

Minnie looked up and opened a arm for me i hugged her and tenn and it felt like a piece of my life was back and i was never letting go
