Alexie's POV
Maaga akong gumising just because
I really am excited para sa results— or shall I say nervous about sa results.
My heart beat won't slow down, gosh! This stupid exam results is damaging me mentally.
It's still 5:08 in the morning, ako pa lang ang gising. I slept mga pass 12 midnight na rin so I guess 5 hours lang ang tulog ko.
I am very bored. I tried scrolling sa feed ko in FB, but nothing seems to cheer me up. The memes that I am seeing are all the same. Psh.
Eto na, I tried watching videos on YouTube, vlogs or game plays sa ML but nothing seems to cheer me up also.
I tried eating. Nagluto ako ng pancit canton and watched Netflix, pero nah. Still not effective.
It's already 6:15 in the morning and I heard na bumukas na ang pinto sa kwarto ni Ate Faith. Thank God she's already awake, hays!
Me: Ate! Kain tayo! Anong oras raw ang results ate?
Ate Faith gave me a look na naka-taas ang kilay at nagtataka.
Me: Huy! Tinatanong kita!
Faith: Bat ang aga mong magising? 11 AM na ba? Bat gising ka na?
Wow ha? That kind of insults me. Usually kasi I wake up mga tanghali na.
Me: Ate naman, kinakabahan ako sa results. Di nga ako nakatulog ng maayos kaiisip eh tapos pipilosopohin moko dyan?
Ate Faith closed the door of her room nang matauhan na siya.
She sat beside me at kinuha ang tinidor sa tabi ng plato at kumuha ng Pancit Canton.
Faith: Alam mo bunso, hindi ko rin alam eh. Basta magtetext lang raw ang school o tatawag.
Me: Diba may ipopost sila na results? Fourth batch ako right?
Tumango na lang si Ate as a sign na tama.
Kinuha ko ang cellphone ko at chineck ang GC namin...
No one is online pa, mga hangal tanghali rin nagigising ang mga 'to!
Nag scroll ako sa active lists and one person caught my attention... Divine, yung third honorable mention.
I chatted her...
me: Uhm hello Divine, can I ask you something?
Divine: Ah ano po yon?
Me: Are you going sa En-Sci now?
Divine: Ah opo, ngayon kasi ang interview ko.
Me: Oh great. Pwede ba akong makahingi ng favor? Kahit maliit lang, please?
Divine: Sure, kahit ano.
Me: Thanks, I'm glad to hear that. Pwede mo bang picturan later ang results ng fourth batch?
Divine: Aw, no problem. Sure, I'll send it to you ASAP.
Me: Thanks.
Faith's POV
Nagising na ako at lumabas ng kwarto pero I was shocked nang makita ko si Alexie sa sala na kumakain ng Pancit Canton.
HAHAHAHAHA desperada talaga tong batang to sa results.
