That day Minho went home with a smile on his face, a smile that neither Jeongin nor his mom recognized. Both decided to leave it until dinner.
"Boys dinner is ready!" Wendy called out. The two boys came racing down the stairs to help set up the table and eat.
"Minho how was school?" Wendy asked
"Hm oh it was good just a little boring. Nothing interesting happened."
"Are you sure? You were pretty quiet after lunch."
"Yeah I was just tired."
"Oh I see." There was a long pause afterwards.
"Hey mom can I ask you something?"
"Of course"
"Well you see there's this boy I like and I'm wondering how I should tell him."
"I think you should just go for it before you regret it later."
"What do you mean?"
"Well they can find someone else."
"Oh okay I'm done eating now I'm going to go do homework." He got up and ran up the stairs as if he heard something he didn't want to hear.
"Jeongin go check up on him when your done." After 5 more minutes the young boy was on his way to his brothers room. He put his ear on the door but heard nothing. Usually Minho would listen to music while doing school work but this time he heard nothing. He quietly open the door and saw he was laying in bed.
"Minho are you up?"
"Yeah I'm just resting."
"Why did you leave so quickly?"
"I was already done."
"No you weren't, you always eat your food but this time you only at half."
"I wasn't hungry."
"Is it because you're sad?" Silence came after that.
"There's nothing to be sad about."
"Then give me a reason you should be happy."
"I realized Changbin is a better fit for me."
"You don't sound so happy saying that."
"I am!" He shot up but then laid down again."
"It just takes awhile to get used to the truth."
"What happened to Hyunjin?"
"Nothing I just don't like him anymore."
"Wouldn't that hurt him?"
"That boy doesn't get hurt he just gets bored."
"Did he get bored? Is that why he left you?"
"I guess that's what it was then."
"And you're going to tell Changbin you like him so you don't feel hurt?"
"Seems like a plan right?"
"But what if you don't like him?"
"Then I'll force myself to."
"Is that possible?"
"I'll make it possible."
"If you say so, but Minho don't hurt Changbin okay?"
"Don't worry that's the last thing I want to do."

School
"Changbinnie!" The boy yelled out as he saw him at the lockers.
"Good morning my little Minnie."
"Oh hey during lunch I have something really important to tell you so meet me at our tree okay?" He said then walked into the classroom.
What the hell was that look. Changbin thought.

Lunch
Changbin's pov
I arrived at the tree with a million thoughts rushing through my head. What the fuck does this boy want to tell that he has to tell me like this. I was leaning on the tree until I saw him running over here.
"So what's up Minnie?" He suddenly got nervous.
"Well I don't really know how to tell you think but after our date a few weeks ago." He stopped like if something caught his eye but I just kept staring his flushed cheeks.
"I realized how much I like you!" He said pretty loud while shutting his eyes. It might have been just me but I heard someone walking away from us but I didn't bother to check.
"Minho are you sure those are actual feelings? Maybe you're just confusing yourself with our friendship."
"No no I really do like you Changbin! Every time I look at you I just want to kiss you!" He said then got embarrassed with what he just said. I let out a chuckle.
"Okay okay how about we give it a shot yeah? Maybe we can see if what we are both feeling is something romantic?"
"Sure." He smiled then gave me a hug.
